D	Davide Speranza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo! 617 euro per aver sostituito una pompa dell'acqua e un termostato! Tra l altro dovevano arrivare il sabato ma quando ho chiamato per dire di non fare più il lavoro improvvisamente i pezzi erano in officina il venerdi! Non solo mi hanno caricato 4 ore di lavoro di mano d opera ma non tornano i conti perché fino alle 16 la macchina era solo smontata e alle 18.30 era già pronta come dimostrato dalle chiamate e mi hanno detto che ci sono voluti due operai per cambiare la pompa. Sono persone educate per carità, ma per prezzi sono da evitare e il comportamento è discutibilìssimo, resta la zona d ombra sui pezzi che sarebbero dovuti arrivare il giorno dopo, ma il responsabile sostiene di aver fatto 50 km per andare a prenderli, tutto stranissimo. Sostiene di aver cambiato due candele, mettendone 2 usate e non avermelo fatte pagare eppure mezz ora dopo il problema si è ripresentato! Mi auguro per loro di non avere più perdite d acqua nell auto perché se dovesse essere così ricorro ad un avvocato. Tra l altro, sono andato a pagare e chiaramente mi sono lamentato e loro invece che fanno? Si danno pure ragione sostenendo che per darmi l auto, cmq il giorno dopo, hanno fatto l impossibile! Terrible! 617 euros for replacing a water pump and a thermostat! Among other things, they were supposed to arrive on Saturday but when I called to say not to do the work anymore, suddenly the parts were in the workshop on Friday! Not only did they charge me 4 hours of labor but they don't add up because until 4 pm the machine was only dismantled and at 6.30 pm it was ready as shown by the calls and they told me that it took two workers to change the pump. They are polite people for charity, but for prices they are to be avoided and the behavior is questionable, the shadow area remains on the pieces that should have arrived the next day, but the manager claims to have made 50 km to go and get them, all very strange. He claims to have changed two candles, put in 2 used ones and didn't make me pay for it yet half an hour later the problem returned! I hope for them to have no more water leaks in the car because if that should be the case, I have recourse to a lawyer. Among other things, I went to pay and clearly complained and what are they doing? They are also right by claiming that to give me the car, cmq the next day, they did the impossible!

Mi hanno accolto con gentilezza e professionalità, facendo subito una diagnosi dell'auto e spiegandomi molto chiaramente il problema riscontrato . Mi sono affidato a loro che mi hanno immediatamente risolto il problema ad un costo inferiore rispetto ad altri suoi concorrenti . Sono molto soddisfatto e consiglio vivamente a tutti in caso di necessità di rivolgersi a questa officina. Un grazie particolare al personale dell'ufficio ed al responsabile officina. Ps: la diagnosi non mi è stata fatta pagare a differenza delle altre officine che mi chiedevano circa 55€ solo per la diagnosi. I took the car without an appointment due to an engine light coming on. They welcomed me with kindness and professionalism, immediately diagnosing the car and explaining the problem they encountered very clearly. I relied on them who immediately solved the problem for me at a lower cost than other competitors. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend everyone in case of need to contact this workshop. Special thanks to the office staff and the workshop manager. Ps: I was not charged for the diagnosis unlike the other workshops that asked me about € 55 just for the diagnosis.

Officina bel curata e lo staff è molto gentile e disponibilie. Se cercate professionalità e risparmio andate alla Midas di bresso ! Invece ho scoperto che la Midas è aperto tutto agosto, sono stati una salvezza. Sono stata in quella di Bresso, pulito, ordinato, ma soprattutto gentilissimi, mi hanno chiamato con il preventivo, veloci, stampa fattura, diagnosi ecc. La consiglio, veramente ottimo Great, think in Milan in August everything is closed, if you need a mechanic, and unfortunately it happens, you attack. Non avevo prenotato la riparazione perchè la ruota bucata è stata, purtroppo, una sorpresa ?. Si sono presi subito carico del problema che hanno gestito con professionalità. Problem solving e customer care SUPER. Un ringraziamento a Laura,, coordinatrice dell'ufficio, che con cortesia e professionalità ha gestito la problematica tenendomi sempre aggiornata.
