I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, ho più volte usufruito anche del cat sitter e sono stati perfetti! Consigliatissimo!! Abbiamo portato il nostro maltese di 8 mesi fidandoci di loro ma hanno fatto un lavoro orribile. Nonostante ci abbiano detto che il pelo del cane non sarebbe stato corto, l’hanno rasato quasi completamente lasciando il pelo sulle orecchie. Il nostro cane è stato depresso tutto il giorno dopo l’esperienza: non voleva mangiare, non voleva giocare (che è un giocherellone). Hanno tagliato il pelo troppo corto e adesso povero cucciolo sembra un ratto. A questo punto speriamo che non abbiano rovinato il pelo rasandolo. Metto qualche foto del cane prima e dopo la toelettatura e giudicate voi se hanno fatto un bel lavoro ? We were recommended this place through word of mouth but unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience. We brought our 8 month old Maltese trusting them but they did a horrible job. Although they told us that the dog's coat would not be short, they shaved it almost completely, leaving the hair on the ears. Our dog was depressed all day after the experience: he did not want to eat, he did not want to play (which is a playful one). They cut the hair too short and now the poor puppy looks like a rat. At this point we hope that they have not ruined the hair by shaving it. I put some photos of the dog before and after the grooming and judge for yourself if they did a good job ?
