Non è necessario prenotare. Sicuramente più economico che far lavare il cane in negozi specializzati. Per poter usufruire del servizio lavaggio anche solo per una volta Il costo è di 10 euro una tantum per la tessera valida un anno .Per poter lavare il cane bisogna caricare la card.Chiediamo inizialmente di caricare 15 euro.Un secondo dopo chiediamo alla signora di caricarne solo 10.Lei con fare sgarbato e senza scusarsi risponde che ormai ha già caricato 15.Noi basiti, lasciamo stare e andiamo al lavaggio.15 euro non stati sufficienti per lavare un bulldog francese.Aria calda troppo fredda(calda solo dopo 2 minuti ovviamente pagati da te) e acqua che cambia temperatura continuamente.Il cane tremava ed era spaventato(cosa che non succede se lo lavo a casa).Rapporto qualità' prezzo assurdo.Con 20 euro in genere me lo lavano perfettamente. L'ultima volta che sono andata li, qualche giorno fa c'era una ragazza nuova, penso si chiami Sonia, anch'essa molto brava, io e il mio compagno ci siamo trovati molto bene, brave tutte le persone dello Staff.. .... Ad ogni modo, spero al prossimo giro di incontrare Melania, con cui ci siamo trovati super bene!! Il mio cucciolo viene lavato con cura e soprattutto con tanta pazienza e amore. 5 stelle meritate, spero di non cambiare mai la mia valutazione. È tutto molto curato. È presente un' area con lettini ed ombrelloni sistemati in un spazio verde molto curato. A disposizione c'è anche uno spazio ristoro. L'accoglienza è stata apprezzata; la ragazza ci ha spiegato tutto in modo dettagliato e con lei abbiamo fatto il giro dell' edificio! Ottima idea! Bravi bravi bravi!!!
