Non mi capita spesso di andare, ma le poche volte che sono entrato il servizio è stato veloce e cortese, data la mia inesperienza con i bimbi l'aiuto degli addetti mi ha sempre aiutato. Chicco chain store, courteous staff, discreet place to park. Ho comprato un termometro auricolare che costa 60€, a fianco c'era un articolo molto simile ma senza beccuccio per misurazione auricolare (solo termoscanner normale) che costava ovviamente meno. Torno a casa, apro, all'interno c'è il termoscanner. Ho comprato un passeggino leggero, ho chiesto consiglio ad una commessa, che stava litigando con una collega a bassa voce. Mi ha mostrato frettolosamente come si chiudono i vari modelli di passeggini e ne ho comprato uno. Torno a casa e mi accorgo che la confezione è aperta e c'è scritto max 15 kg... Peccato che mia figlia (che era presente) è ovviamente più grande di 15kg! Possibile che non sapesse che c'era un massimo di peso!!??? Allibita... Mai più... All times, a disappointment. This afternoon I spent almost € 160 and the two most expensive items are wrong. I bought an ear thermometer which costs 60 €, alongside there was a very similar item but without a spout for ear measurement (only normal thermoscanner) which obviously cost less. I go home, I open it, inside there is the thermoscanner. I bought a light stroller, I asked a saleswoman for advice, who was arguing with a colleague in a low voice. He hastily showed me how to fold the various models of strollers and I bought one. I come home and I realize that the package is open and it says max 15 kg ... Too bad that my daughter (who was present) is obviously bigger than 15 kg! Was it possible that he didn't know that there was a maximum weight !! ??? Shocked ... Never again...

Non esiste la convenienza! Il negozio che tratta di articoli per nascituri e ha una clientela con una forte percentuale di donne gravide non può permettersi di inventarsi scuse per non fare andare al bagno le donne che hanno appunto delle esigenze. Staff not at all friendly, not at all qualified. Prices that in my opinion for being an outlet below the sales are more other than normal shops! There is no convenience! The shop that deals with items for the unborn and has a clientele with a high percentage of pregnant women cannot afford to come up with excuses for not letting women who have needs go to the bathroom.
