★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono approcciata a questo negozio per fare un regalo, inutile dire che idea su misure e altro non ne avevo, per fortuna la commessa è stata bravissima gioiosa e sorridente pur avendo la mascherina! Il prodotto che ho preso mi pare essere di buona qualità ad un prezzo onesto, di sicuro la fantasia era molto accattivante e il regalo è stato apprezzato tantissimo! Volevo spendere due parole in più sulla commessa che mi ha colpita molto per lo spirito e la professionalità nonostante fosse da sola con clienti bisognosi d'aiuto. Infatti non ha mancato di scusarsi per non riuscire (nonostante la colpa non fosse sua) a servirci tutti in maniera perfetta, e non ha risparmiato sui sorrisi (nonostante stesse "correndo" per accontentare tutti). Brava brava e ancora brava! Volevo invece dare un consiglio all azienda: ora non so se sia la situazione coronavirus o se è prassi, ma avrei speso anche qualche euro in più per avere una confezione regalo più carina! Ma queste sono piccolezze.

I approached to this shop for a gift, needless to say that idea of measurements and more I did not, fortunately, the contract was talented joyful and smiling while having the mask! The product I took seems to me to be of good quality at an honest price, certainly the imagination was very captivating and the gift was greatly appreciated! I wanted to spend two more words on the order that impressed me a lot for the spirit and professionalism despite being alone with customers in need of help. In fact, he did not fail to apologize for not being able (despite the fault was not his) to serve us all perfectly, and he did not spare any smiles (despite being "running" to please everyone). good and still good Brava! Instead, I wanted to give some advice to the company: now I don't know if it is the coronavirus situation or if it is normal, but I would also have spent a few euros more to have a nicer gift box! But these are trifles.
