Ecco perché mi sento di dare 5 stelle a questo canile. N	Nives on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cani sono decisamente tenuti benissimo, si vede che le volontarie e il personale di questo canile danno loro tutte le cure e le attenzioni di cui possano avere bisogno. L'unico neo da evidenziare è che magari sarebbe opportuno sin dai primi contatti telefonici specificare che non verranno affidati cani a priori a persone che stanno fuori casa per più di 2/3 ore al giorno. Questo sia per non far perdere tempo a loro stesse in primis, che spendono del tempo per farti vedere e raccontarti i loro cani per poi dover negare l'adozione alla prima domanda fatta, sia per chi come noi si è fatto 3 ore di viaggio per sentirsi dire subito di no per una cosa che si poteva facilmente chiedere per via telefonica da subito. Detto ciò, come già specificato i cani sono tutti bellissimi e tenuti bene, chi rispetta questo standard vada ad adottare. The only drawback to highlight is that perhaps it would be appropriate from the first telephone contacts to specify that dogs will not be entrusted a priori to people who are away from home for more than 2/3 hours a day. This is in order not to waste time on themselves first of all, who spend time to show you and tell you about their dogs and then have to deny adoption at the first question asked, and for those like us who took 3 hours of travel to being immediately told no for something that could easily be asked by telephone right away. Andate a trovare i cagnolini, hanno tanto bisogno di una casa. Telefonare sempre per appuntamento. Beautiful structure every dog has its outside, all very clean and Mrs. Susanna a wonderful person, you can see that she loves her passion. Go and find the dogs, they need a home so badly. Always call for an appointment.
S	Stefania Pozzati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto regolarmente il mio cagnolino per la toelettatura e l'ho' affidato a loro in due occasioni in cui purtroppo ho dovuto assentarmi e non potevo portare il cagnolino con me. Tutti sono veramente bravi, disponibili e molto attenti alle esigenze dei piccoli ospiti a quattro zampe. Quando affido a loro il mio Tommy sono tranquilla perché so che è in buone mani. Complimenti, continuate così ... consiglio vivamente questa struttura sia per la toelettatura che come pensione. I regularly take my dog for grooming and I entrusted it to them on two occasions when unfortunately I had to go away and could not bring the dog with me. Everyone is really good, available and very attentive to the needs of the little four-legged guests. When I entrust my Tommy to them, I am calm because I know he is in good hands. Congratulations, keep it up ... I highly recommend this facility for both grooming and guesthouse.

E pur ribadendo che ci voleva l'appuntamento ci hanno mostrato gli ospiti del rifugio... Ci hanno invitato per la settimana dopo per la presentazione dei cuccioli appena arrivati... Accompagnati da Mara abbiamo scelto il nostro cucciolo... Oggi abbiamo portato a casa la nostra Hope che adesso è Symba.. Una cucciolotta tenerissima.. Ma la cosa che più mi è piaciuta è stato il fatto che mi hanno dato la possibilità di frequentare il rifugio tutti i giorni per fare conoscenza con la cagnolina.. Complimenti ai volontari per l'amore e la dedizione verso i nostri amici a 4 zampe. Kindness, competence, availability ... They welcomed us even though we arrived suddenly ..
