★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato un coniglio testa di leone 25€ (un po' di tempo fa')lo stesso giorno riportato per miei problemi, non ho preteso i soldi indietro, anche perché mi hanno anticipato dicendomi che non mi avrebbero restituito i soldi, eh va bene...stessa cosa con dei pesci comprati per il mio acquario, mi sono fatto consigliare dei pesci che potevano coesistere insieme, spiegandogli cosa avevo nell' acquario, mi hanno dato un pesce che mi ha morso tutti gli altri, dicendomi che il problema era il mio acquario non il pesce...eh già gli altri 30 che ho gli ho drogati così facevano i buoni...si è ripreso il pesce ma senza darmi nulla indietro, manco a dire prendine un altro di un'altra specie...o un pacchettino di mangime in cambio...pessima esperienza con voi mi dispiace avete perso un cliente che spende e andrà a comprare altrove...p.s.vorrei proprio vedere se come avete detto il pesce comprato, pagato e riportato lo regalate (come avete detto.)o lo rivendete...

Nonostante il negozio sia enorme mi fanno sentire coccolata e so sempre che posso contare sul loro aiuto nello scegliere i prodotti migliori per i miei piccoli amici.
L’unica pecca? Abitare a 30km di distanza ma spesso, spessissimo, li percorro volentieri per poter viziare i miei 3 gatti e la mia cagnolina.

Although the shop is huge they make me feel pampered and I always know that I can count on their help in choosing the best products for my little friends.
The only flaw? Living 30km away but often, very often, I gladly walk them to be able to spoil my 3 cats and my dog.
