★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo tanti anni sono ritornato nella terra di S.Benedetto. ho trovato tutto mutato dalla viabilita' alle attivita' commerciali. Grossi centri commerciali. Ed anche la carrozzeria Di Fante ha fatto passi da gigante. Anche se negli anni passato e stata sempre alm'altezza dei suoi lavori. Ho avuto l'impellenza a causa di un inconveniente durante un viaggi in autostrada A/1..dove mi e stato rotto il parabrezza anteriore. Ho contattato il centro che mi ha indicato la carrozzeria di che trattasi. Dopo pochi giorni ..trascorsi per l'istruzione della pratica. Mi hanno chiamato per la sostituzione del vetro. Ed ecco fatto..in due ore o poco piu..ul lavoro e stato eseguito ad opera d'arte. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto e quindi le faro una buona pubblicita in ambito familiare ed amicizie.

After so many years I returned to the land of San Benedetto. I found everything changed from traffic to commercial activities. Large shopping malls. And the Di Fante body shop has also made great strides. Even if in the past years she has always been at the height of her works. I had the urgency due to an inconvenience while traveling on the A / 1 motorway ... where my front windshield was broken. I contacted the center which indicated the bodywork in question. After a few days .. spent for the instruction of the practice. They called me for a glass replacement. And here it is ... in two hours or so ... the work was done as a work of art. I was very satisfied and therefore I will do a good advertisement in the family and friendships.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho usufruito del loro servizio perché il ragazzo che mi ha accolto è stato talmente onesto che mi ha spiegato che il mio problema poteva essere risolto in altro modo.
Ho trovato questa suo consiglio da AMICO molto più soddisfacente della riparazione del danno (cosa che a me premeva molto). Mi ha spiegato che oltre il rapporto tra cliente e operatore prima ci deve essere la chiarezza di tutto il processo. E questo per me è stato fondamentale!!!
Ho accettato il consiglio, sono tornato a casa con il danno ancora da risolvere ma con la consapevolezza che tornerò da loro per risolvere al meglio l'inconveniente.
I didn't use their service because the guy who welcomed me was so honest that he explained to me that my problem could be solved in another way.
I found this advice from his FRIEND much more satisfying than repairing the damage (which I really wanted to do). He explained to me that beyond the relationship between customer and operator, first there must be clarity of the whole process. And this was fundamental for me !!!
I accepted the advice, I returned home with the damage still to be resolved but with the knowledge that I will return to them to solve the problem as best I can.
