Ho sbagliato tipo di crocchetta e dopo aver pagato purtroppo ho chiesto immediatamente il cambio, la differenza era di 5 euro che il venditore doveva darmi senza offrirmi un buono, si è messo a discutere per 5 euro per la serie il cliente ha sempre ragione! Comprate on line lasciate stare questi dilettanti! P.S. Caro proprietario purtroppo è successo nel suo negozio ed è inutile rispondere il contrario, prima di aprire una qualsiasi attività bisognerebbe fare corsi su come trattare il cliente, ERANO 5 EURO NON 50!
