La sensazione è di cercare di far spendere al cliente il più possibile. 1o caso: scopro dopo più di un anno (grazie ad una altra commessa) che ci sono due croccantini urinary sfusi con una bella differenza di prezzo. Prima che me lo chiedesse questa ragazza, non mi veniva fatta la domanda e mi veniva dato in automatico il prodotto più caro. Quando mi è stato chiesto ho risposto sorpreso "ah li avete messi da poco due tipi?" e mi sento rispondere "no veramente è più di un anno". 2o caso: vado a comprare gli stessi croccantini ed il solito commesso mi chiede se li volevo sfusi o in busta, senza aggiungere altro. Dal momento che mi interessava spendere meno gli chiedo quelli sfusi. Solo dopo aver pagato, girando per il negozio, scopro che quelli in busta erano in offerta e quindi più economici! Scioccato... Ci torno solo perché non c'è altro in zona. Il negozio è ben fornito. Ma la valutazione del personale è di 0 stelle (tranne la commessa che mi ha fatto scoprire il 2o tipo di croccantini) I lowered the rating because I had twice the bad experience when I find myself being served by a particular clerk. Since I was interested in spending less I ask him the loose ones. Only after having paid, going around the shop, do I discover that those in the envelope were on offer and therefore cheaper! Shocked ... I only go back there because there is nothing else in the area. The shop is well-stocked. But the staff rating is 0 stars (except the saleswoman who made me discover the 2nd type of treats)

Mi appoggio da loro soprattutto per la toilette del mio labrador, tramite appuntamento, quando sono a Rosignano in ferie. Ampio parcheggio del centro commerciale. Very well stocked shop at least as far as dogs are concerned. Prepared, helpful and kind staff. I rely on them especially for my labrador's toilet, by appointment, when I'm in Rosignano on vacation. Ample parking in the shopping center.
