Dopo averlo lasciato in riparazione presso il punto tecnico riportato a casa, e appena acceso si epresentatè il problema di spegnimenti continui durante utilizzo. Riportato per ennesima volta, e dopo averlo lasciato per giorni, nonostante la rassicurazione di una consegna in giornata, ho dovuto ripagare per il cambio cavo, praticamente con pochi giorni di vita, e filtri che non avevano piu di qualche mese. So che si può effettuare una pulizia, come hanno fatto altre persone che conosco e hanno speso 15 €, quindi martedì pomeriggio lo porto e mi dicono che sarà pronto per sabato mattina. Non penso però, (errore mio) di chiedere quanto fanno pagare una pulizia. Mercoledì mattina , quindi, chiamo e chiedo se gentilmente mi possono dire quanto fanno pagare la pulizia del folletto, e che mi sono dimenticata di chiedere prima di lasciarlo (ripeto errore mio) ma infastidito non mi sa rispondere quindi mi passa un collega che chiede qual'è il mio problema. Io non ho nessun problema chiedo semplicemente qual'è il prezzo dopo 10 min riesce a dirmi sui 30-35€ , vago e caro. Tempo 1 ora mi richiamano : il mio folletto magicamente era già stato riparato e il reso conto di pulizia e di pezzi che hanno deciso loro di cambiarmi è stato 50€. Hanno capito che ero infastidita e probabilmente sarei andato a riprenderlo quindi FURBI riparato e "ti faccio pagare". Ok, pagato e ritirato ma è così che perderete clienti, la nostra cattiva pubblicità, si raccoglie ciò che si semina. Mai più. Crafty. Torneremo sicuramente soprattutto per provare anche i detersivi alla spina Helpful staff, I took both my elf and my Thermomix to repair them and in 5 days I had the quotes for both of them.
