★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come ha descritto un altro utente confermo nel dire che è ridicolo venire per un guasto al cancello non risolto chiesto 50€ per l’uscita per 15 minuti di lavoro svitare 4 viti, e per sostituire una scheda dal costo di 25€ mi ha fatto un preventivo di 160€ sempre per 15 minuti di lavoro.(tutto il pezzo nuovo del cancello costa 250€. Credo che non ci sono parole per definirlo, azienda poco seria persona non professionale.
Sconsigliato a chi ha bisogno di assistenza.

Non fidatevi.
Untrustworthy people. Hope you have no technical problems. They pretend nothing and then you have to pay them back to solve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definirli ridicoli è dir poco!! Chiamo in quanto ho un guasto ad un cancello elettrico, non riescono manco a fissarmi un appuntamento perché “lo fissa il tecnico che adesso è fuori”, mah vabbè partiamo già male.
Intanto la gentile signora mi comunica che solo per venire a controllare quindi l’uscita la tariffa é ben 90 euro!!! Ma siamo matti?? E se è guasto magari un pezzo il totale alla fine cos’è più del costo di tutto il cancello? Ah per inciso il tecnico non mi ha più chiamato…serietà e professionalità zero.
Sconsiglio vivamente se queste sono le premesse…
To call them ridiculous is an understatement !! I call because I have a fault with an electric gate, they can't even make an appointment for me because "the technician who is out now fixes it", well oh well we start badly already.
Meanwhile, the kind lady tells me that just to come and check the exit, the rate is 90 euros !!! Are we crazy? And if maybe a piece is broken, what is the total in the end more than the cost of the entire gate? By the way, the technician hasn't called me anymore ... zero seriousness and professionalism.
I strongly advise against if these are the premises ...
