Esperienza molto positiva; l'impiegata al telefono si è mostrata disponibile e competente, proponendomi tutta una serie di soluzioni possibili al problema da me descritto palesando in modo chiaro anche gli eventuali costi.
Stessa cosa per il tecnico inviato al mio domicilio: ragazzo giovane, preparato e alla mano, ha lavorato in modo attento e preciso.

Having to have a Samsung air conditioner repaired but not knowing any insiders in the sector, I relied on luck.
Very positive experience; the employee on the phone showed herself available and competent, proposing a whole series of possible solutions to the problem I described, also clearly showing any costs.
Same thing for the technician sent to my home: young boy, prepared and easy-going, he worked in a careful and precise way.
Very satisfied

Mi aspettavo una chiamata professionale dai titolari. Il problema lho risolto chiamando un altra ditta. Questa è stata la mia esperienza super negativa. Grazie forse I titolari non sono ha conoscenza Dell incapacità della loro segretaria. Distinti saluti
They forgot about my appointment and then on the second appointment the secretary sent them to Brescia while I live in another country as I told the secretary. L
I was expecting a professional call from the owners. I solved the problem by calling another company. This was my super bad experience. Thanks maybe The proprietors are not aware of their secretary's inability. With best regards
