A distanza di un anno uno di essi ha avuto un problema di malfunzionamento. Si sono prodigati per la sostituzione dello stesso facendo da tramite con la casa produttrice, senza alcuna spesa per me, dimostrando grande professionalità e disponibilità. Inutile dire che sono molto soddisfatta del servizio ricevuto e non esiterò ad acquistare da loro quando ne avrò nuovamente bisogno.
Efficiency and great courtesy. I trusted them to purchase spotlights to be placed in my new home. After one year, one of them had a malfunction problem. They went out of their way to replace it by acting as an intermediary with the manufacturer, at no cost to me, showing great professionalism and availability. Needless to say, I am very satisfied with the service received and I will not hesitate to buy from them when I need it again.
