I lavori sono iniziati a Milano a gennaio 2020. Nonostante tutte le difficoltà che quest'anno ha procurato, Lacci è riuscito comunque a consegnarci la casa entro settembre, di fatto praticamente assorbendo tutto il ritardo dovuto al lockdown di primavera. Nei mesi di cantiere Lacci e i suoi uomini si sono sempre dimostrati attenti alle nostre esigenze, consigliandoci e facendo tutto quanto possibile per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Tutti gli impianti (elettrico, condizionamento, idraulico) sono di ottima fattura e per ora non ho incontrato nessun problema e nessuna necessità di "ritocchini" post fine lavori. La posa di piastrelle, sanitari e pavimenti è stata fatta con cura. Bellissimo il parquet. Tutti i professionisti che abbiamo incontrato sono qualificati ed affidabili. Se in futuro dovessi fare ancora qualche lavoro a casa oppure consigliare una impresa penserei di sicuro al Lacci come prima scelta. After more than 4 months of living in an apartment completely renovated by the Lacci company, I can finally express a review. The works started in Milan in January 2020. Despite all the difficulties that this year caused, Lacci still managed to deliver the house to us by September, practically absorbing all the delay due to the spring lockdown. During the months of construction, Lacci and his men have always been attentive to our needs, advising us and doing everything possible to meet our needs. All systems (electrical, air conditioning, plumbing) are of excellent workmanship and for now I have not encountered any problems and no need for post-work "retouching". The laying of tiles, bathroom fixtures and floors was done with care. The parquet is beautiful. All the professionals we met are qualified and reliable. If in the future I still have to do some work at home or recommend a company, I would certainly think of Lacci as a first choice.

Grazie anche a Elena nella scelta dei materiali, sanitari, porte, pavimenti di ottima qualità e a tutto lo staff per aver reso la nostra casa MERAVIGLIOSA !!! Abbiamo ristrutturato completamente un appartamento molto vecchio rifacendo impianti, spostando muri e creando un bagno dal nulla. Ci hanno offerto soluzioni a problemi strutturali.
