★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho commissionato un Copri spalle per l'abito da sposa di mia figlia concordando esattamente il pizzo da applicare in modo che si abbinasse a quello del vestito. Mi è stato consegnato un prodotto completamente diverso rifinito con un pizzo del tutto inadatto ad una sposa e senza essere consultata . Oltre a questo le rifiniture erano state fatte grossolanamente. I bordi non erano rifiniti ma coperti con passamaneria adatta ad un abito per la prima comunione. Ho dovuto rivolgermi ad una professionista seria per rimediare al disastro comprando io stessa il pizzo presso una merceria. Mi dispiace ma sono rimasta molto delusa.
I commissioned a Copri shoulders for my daughter's wedding dress, exactly matching the lace to be applied so that it matched that of the dress. I was given a completely different product finished with a lace completely unsuitable for a bride and without being consulted. In addition to this, the finishes had been roughly done. The edges were not finished but covered with trimmings suitable for a first communion dress. I had to turn to a serious professional to remedy the disaster by buying the lace at a haberdashery myself. I'm sorry, but I was very disappointed.
