Arrivata a casa mi sono accorta che era sbeccata. Torno in negozio per cambiarla con lo scontrino e lei mi accusa di averla rotta io e non me la cambia. Giudicate voi.
I was shopping for a mug that I found while walking around the store. At the checkout, the lady replaced it for me with another one, no apparent reason is known. When I got home, I realized it was chipped. I go back to the shop to exchange it with the receipt and she accuses me of breaking it and doesn't change it for me. Judge for yourself.
