Varied choice of excellent quality bread that stays soft for days. the savory proposal is good and I recommend the rustic herbazzone, my favorite. I still have to try the sweet proposal. Good and also very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'è poco da fare. Sembra un controsenso ma più i fornai sono giovani, più i prodotti sono ottimi. Il pane é ottimo, in tanti formati "moderni". Ampia proposta di biscotteria (che a me interessa poco), articolata e di livello anche gli altri prodotti, ma il valore aggiunto direi che é il pane.
There is little to do. It seems counterintuitive but the younger the bakers are, the more excellent the products are. The bread is excellent, in many "modern" formats. Wide range of biscuits (which interests me little), the other products are also articulated and high-level, but the added value I would say is the bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forno un po' nascosto dalle strade principali, ma ben conosciuto: la fila fuori (si prende il numero all'esterno) dimostra quanto sia amato questo locale!
All'interno troviamo tantissima scelta, sia dolce che salata, molti prodotti locali, con una buona selezione di prodotti per vegetariani e vegani.
Qui, ad esempio, si può trovare il famoso erbazzone anche vegano, che non ha nulla da invidiare a quello classico! Delizioso.
Personale simpatico, armarsi di pazienza all'ora di pranzo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very tasty sourdough (lievito madre) whole grain bread, and a fine selection of biscotti (cookies), including some vegan selections. The focaccia looked scrumptous too, but I did not indulge. Friendly service.
