Siamo entrate in più persone in questo periodo e in molte abbiamo trovato ragazze saccenti che ti rimproverano in malo modo se la mascherina non copre completamente il naso...ovviamente con una temperatura fuori di 40 gradi la port aperta e un distanziamento ben oltre i due metri...per non parlare di quella che si occupa del guardaroba che chiede perché dopo che ti sei provata un indumento, non lo prendi? Io capisco le regole ma ci vuole buon senso ed educazione! Io li dentro non ci torno più e se mi è possibile contatterò un responsabile perché chi non ha voglia di lavorare in questo periodo può dare cambio a tante ragazze volenterose ed educate.

Entrato per la prima volta in occasione di un regalo da fare e soltanto da ritirare, mi viene risposto che , a causa di un fraintendimento , la merce è disponibile solo in parte e occorre pagare immediatamente per completare l ordine.
Situazione imbarazzante che dimostra poca professionalità del personale e che ,considerato il prezzo non da poco, viene trattata con superficialità .
Anche di fronte alla richiesta di tempi di consegna , la più completa assenza di risposte adeguate.
Mi spiace ma la relazione con il cliente va migliorata e un sorriso a volte conta più che giri di parole
