Ho conosciuto in questo negozio una commessa eccezionale, Cloe, che posso solo consigliare per professionalità, passione, sincerità ed eleganza. È stato un piacere comprare da lei e ci tornerò sicuramente. Conoscevo stefanel ovviamente e i prodotti sono di qualità ottima con prezzi non gonfiati.
I went to Carpi because of the philosophy festival. I met an exceptional saleswoman in this shop, Cloe, whom I can only recommend for her professionalism, passion, sincerity and elegance. It was a pleasure to buy from her and I will definitely be back. I knew stefanel of course and the products are of excellent quality with not inflated prices.

Metà settembre, il primo freddo, indossato, fantastico al tatto, arrivo a casa e mi accorgo che c'è venuto un bel buco con annessa caduta del punto (chi è del settore capisce), altezza natica. ovviamenta ora importabile. Contatto il servizio clienti che mi risponde con uno sconto 10% sul prossimo acquisto.....e cosa ce ne facciamo ora di questo pantalone?
Tanto tempo fa, lavoravo per un'azienda di moda all'estero, le segnalazioni/richieste di reso venivano prese in considerazione, se non altro per capire se il prodotto messo sul mercato avesse qualitativamente dei problemi....

July 16 I buy a Stefanel Official product, a beautiful trousers, with a discounted value of 75 € but a model just released with an original gold value of 115 €. I contact the customer service who answers me with a 10% discount on the next purchase ..... and what do we do with this trousers now?
A long time ago, I worked for a fashion company abroad, the reports / requests for returns were taken into consideration, if only to understand if the product put on the market had qualitative problems ....
