Occhiali prenotati a fine agosto, dovevo andare in ferie in Egitto ad ottobre quindi non potevo farne a meno (sono miope). Per farla breve ogni volta trovavo una persona diversa, gli occhiali arrivano ma le lenti hanno una misura sbagliata, mi viene detto "torna sabato che la mia collega taglia le lenti", il sabato la ragazza nemmeno sa che avrebbe dovuto farlo. Non sono di Carpi e sono dovuta tornare diverse volte in negozio. Mi tagliano le lenti, ma queste si rovinano. Mi dicono che ne ordinano un paio nuovo. Dopo due settimane chiamo e mi viene detto che gli occhiali sono stati smarriti. Vengono ritrovati, nel frattempo sono passati quasi due mesi e io parto, con gli occhiali segnati. Si fanno pagare perché "non posso prendere gli occhiali se non saldo". Promettono che al mio ritorno avrei trovato il paio nuovo. Sono tornata oggi in negozio, ho trovato l'ennesima persona diversa, gli occhiali ancora non ci sono. Mi dicono di tornare sabato. Sabato andrò e se non troverò gli occhiali chiederò di parlare con un responsabile o di avere un rimborso totale. Comunque ho speso 160€ ho prenotato gli occhiali ad agosto e tutt'oggi a metà ottobre non ho gli occhiali che ho ordinato. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE, TENETEVI LONTANI. I give a star because it is the minimum otherwise I would give zero. Glasses booked in late August, I had to go on vacation to Egypt in October so I couldn't do without it (I'm short-sighted). In short, every time I found a different person, the glasses arrive but the lenses have a wrong size, I am told "come back on Saturday that my colleague cuts the lenses", on Saturday the girl doesn't even know she should have done it. I'm not from Carpi and I had to go back to the shop several times. They cut my lenses, but they get damaged. They tell me they're ordering a new pair. After two weeks I call and I am told that the glasses have been lost. They are found, in the meantime almost two months have passed and I leave, with my glasses marked. They are charged because "I can't take my glasses if I don't pay them". They promise I would find the new pair when I returned. I went back to the shop today, I found yet another different person, the glasses are not there yet. They tell me to come back on Saturday. I'll be going on Saturday and if I can't find the glasses I'll ask to speak to a manager or get a full refund. Anyway, I spent € 160, I booked the glasses in August and I still don't have the glasses I ordered in mid-October. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND, KEEP AWAY.

Nonostante abbia fatto occhiali con lenti al top...antiriflesso, antigraffio ecc ecc le lenti sono pessime e non hanno di fatto queste caratteristiche che purtroppo si può riscontrare solo con l'utilizzo. Bassissima qualità ma prezzi come gli altri. Fanno credere di fare grandi sconti ma una volta giunti al pagamento guarda caso non applicano per una scusa o per un'altra gli sconti di cui parlano e pubblicizzano. I will never go back for sure. Unprofessional, non-competent, unreliable staff. Despite having made glasses with top lenses ... anti-reflective, anti-scratch etc. etc. the lenses are very bad and do not have these characteristics that unfortunately can only be found with use. Very low quality but prices like the others. They pretend to make big discounts but once they get to the payment they don't apply for an excuse or another the discounts they talk about and advertise.

Oggi mi sono recata su appuntamento per imparare ad usare le lenti a contatto; la ragazza è stata super gentile, delicata e comprensiva. Anche in occasioni precedenti si è dimostrata impeccabile. Tornerò ad acquistare le lenti una volta terminate quelle prova anche grazie alla gentilezza mostrata dalla venditrice ( purtroppo non ricordo il nome ) Despite the negative reviews, my experience was more than positive! Today I went by appointment to learn how to use contact lenses; the girl was super nice, gentle and understanding. Even on previous occasions it has proved flawless. I will come back to buy the lenses once the test ones are finished thanks to the kindness shown by the seller (unfortunately I don't remember the name)
