At the end of the Piani di Pezza and at the beginning of the path that leads to the Sebastiani Refuge, we find this magnificent plateau among the beech woods that is beautiful to attend in summer for trekking or mountain biking and in winter with cross-country skis and mountaineering, it is also starting point to reach the peaks of Punta Trento and Punta Trieste.
A	Alberto - Bike le Rocche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'anello di Capo Pezza è un percorso circolare pianeggiante di circa 1km che si snoda tra i prati e la faggeta del fondo valle. Trovarlo è davvero semplice, basta proseguire la carrareccia che si addentra verso le montagne e una volta giunti nella grande radura si deve svoltare a sinistra seguendo la traccia (non proseguite dritti in quanto non si va da nessuna parte). L'anello passa al bordo di un vecchio lago (Lago di Caporra) di cui rimane solo la depressione ma ancora ben distinguibile. Proseguendo dritti sempre sulla carrareccia si attraversa il bosco e si sbuca nuovamente al punto di partenza. Di grande interesse rimane una vecchia cisterna dell'acqua con annesso fontanile che si trova alla destra del lago. Prestando bene attenzione un piccolo sentiero si stacca dal laghetto e sale verso il bosco, a poche decine di metri si incontra questo vecchio manufatto. The Capo Pezza ring is a flat circular path of about 1km that winds between the meadows and the beech wood of the valley bottom. Finding it is really simple, just continue the cart road that goes into the mountains and once you reach the large clearing you must turn left following the track (do not go straight as you do not go anywhere). The ring passes to the edge of an old lake (Lago di Caporra) of which only the depression remains but still well distinguishable. Continuing straight on the cart track, you go through the wood and come out again at the starting point. Of great interest is an old water cistern with an adjoining fountain located to the right of the lake. Paying careful attention, a small path branches off from the pond and goes up towards the wood, a few dozen meters meets this old artifact.

R	Roberto Falcone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spettacolare giro di 23 km circa e 1500 m di dislivello... da Piani di Pezza si sale per la valle Cerchiata e dal laccetto di Capo di Pezza si raggiunge Colle dell'Orso e subito dopo Punta Trenro. Da qui si scende per 150m e poi si risale per il Monte del Bicchero subito dopo si raggiunge Il Cafornia e in 40 minuti si arriva al Velino. Insomma una grandiosa giornata 9 ore andata e ritorno per prendersela tranquilli. Altrimenti con un bel ritmo anche 7ore e mezza sono un tempo sperimentato Spectacular tour of about 23 km and 1500 m in altitude ... from Piani di Pezza you go up to the Cerchiata valley and from the Capo di Pezza laccetto you reach Colle dell'Orso and immediately after Punta Trenro.
