★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto preparato, gentile ed attento alle misure di protezione e distanziamento. Ho atteso mio turno per poco più di 5 minuti ed in pochissimo tempo ho ottenuto sia il risultato del tampone che delle analisi cliniche richieste.
Staff very prepared, kind and attentive to protection and distancing measures. I waited for my turn for just over 5 minutes and in a very short time I obtained both the result of the swab and the required clinical analyzes.

Anche in questo periodo di COVID, rispettano tutte le misure igienico sanitarie e anti COVID nel miglior modo possibile, cosa non scontata e non da poco. Staff preparatissimo e sempre disponibile e attento ad ogni tua richiesta o esigenza, sia per informazioni al telefono sia in presenza. Mi è capitato di fare prelievi ed esami sia con il sig. Riccardo, sempre molto gentile e super preparato, sia con la sig.ra Chiara, molto competente e super simpatica.
Li consiglio vivamente e ci tornerò sicuramente. Ormai il mio laboratorio di fiducia ?
Very well organized, welcoming and clean laboratory. Even in this period of COVID, they comply with all sanitary and anti-COVID hygiene measures in the best possible way, which is not a foregone conclusion. Staff very well prepared and always available and attentive to your every request or need, both for information on the phone and in presence. I happened to do samples and exams both with Mr. Riccardo, always very kind and super prepared, both with Ms Chiara, very competent and super nice.
I highly recommend them and will definitely be back. Now my trusted laboratory ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuova sede molto accogliente e ben organizzata. Personale qualificato, professionale e altamente preparato. Sempre efficienti sia nell’esecuzione degli esami che nella consegna degli stessi, ricevuti in tempi brevissimi. Rispetto di tutte le misure anti covid e mancanza di assembramento, cosa non scontata e molto apprezzata.
Lo consiglio vivamente, soprattutto per l’accoglienza, la gentilezza e la professionalità!
Very welcoming and well organized new office. Qualified, professional and highly trained staff. Always efficient both in the execution of the exams and in the delivery of the same, received in a very short time. Compliance with all anti-covid measures and lack of gathering, something not taken for granted and much appreciated.
I highly recommend it, especially for its hospitality, kindness and professionalism!

Negative across the board. Chaos and confusion. They have no organization. The secretary who does not understand anything. Not to mention the doctor who was extremely rude to a lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno sono da poco rientrata dal far fare il tampone a mio figlio per il rientro a scuola di lunedì. Potrei essere d'accordo sul fatto della professionalità, pulizia e quant'altro ma assolutamente in disaccordo sul prezzo. Mio figlio, minorenne, avrebbe dovuto pagare 8€ prezzo previsto dal decreto ministeriale e invece ha pagato 15€!!!??? Per me questo è un valido motivo per cui non lo consiglio, in questo momento di grande pandemia, approfittare e lucrare non mi sembra per nulla onesto.
Good morning, I recently returned from having my son swab my son for going back to school on Monday. I could agree on the fact of professionalism, cleanliness and whatnot but totally disagree on the price. My son, a minor, should have paid € 8 at the price foreseen by the ministerial decree and instead paid € 15 !!! ??? For me this is a valid reason why I do not recommend it, in this moment of great pandemic, take advantage and profit it doesn't seem honest at all.
