★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The results of PCR were not send by e-mail at 17.30-18.00 as promised.
First they picked up the phone, after making us wait for 20 minites they hang up, then ... you got it!! Voicemail!!!
Avoid at any cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front Desk Elder lady is very rude, even after been greeted. Really tears down an establishment when your employees don't have customer service. Wasnt until I saw the reviews on here did I realize I should have looked at the reviews sooner. Its a catastrophe what has happened to people because of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place cannot be trusted. They guaranteed COVID test results same day in order to travel the following morning. I called mid day and was assured the results would be sent by 1800. No results. Missed flight. Wasted 50 euros. So angry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid €50 for same day results (they guaranteed us they would be done before our flight that night). We got to the airport with no results, called 10+ Times and emailed and could not get them to send our results. My wife missed her flight and we had to rebook for €700 thanks to these clowns. This is three days later and we still have not received results. I should have listened to the reviews and NOT gone here. They scammed us out of our money and have cost us €750. Shame on this company. Do not use this lab, trust the reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They failed to send my pcr test results in the specified time. I was told that they would send it at 5 PM. I arrived on site and they kept stalling, telling me "come back in 1 more hour" , twice. I had to head home but I still called each hour until they closed. And now no email or reason why it wasn't sent. I missed my flight for this and now lost so much money from coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would post zero if I could. The lady performing the swab test is rude and inconsiderate. She messed up paperwork and went to blame that it was our fault for her writing it again when it was fully legible and her coworker was able to read it fine and would not help fix her mistake. I am happy for her coworkers that were willing to help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving one star because I couldnt submit without one!!!! I should have read these reviews before going to this lab! Although the gentleman who was in charge was nice and helpful, that’s where it ended. The lady at the desk was rude. They guaranteed results in 6 hours (would have been 2:30pm) but said I would definitely have them by 6pm. At 4am still no results! Good thing I had a back up plan and didn’t miss my flight but wasted 50 euro! Garbage lab! DO NOT USE THIS LAB!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use this laboratory. We needed to do PCR test for our airport departure. It was on monday at 2:00 p.m. Nobody spoke english and the interpreter was unknown man on phone. However we needed the test this day, maximally next day morning. They knew it and despite this they didn't sent us NOTHING for our daughter. One hour before departure we had to do another test for our daughter, another way we can't fly home. We paid 50 euros for nothing.
