All'arrivo presso la loro sede (2 ore di treno e una giornata di ferie) ho fatto notare al venditore che l'auto di 4 anni aveva:segni di sportellate e sassate ovunque, faro anteriore rotto, sedili anteriori in pelle tagliati, mozzi ruote arrugginiti, portellone posteriore elettrico che si bloccava. Il rivenditore scocciato ha risposto che se uno vuole un auto buona deve acquistarla nuova. Disponibili al telefono, scorbutici e irriverenti dal vivo. Decido di acquistare una Audi A7 nera (scoperto successivamente dopo il passaggio di proprietà marrone scuro) presso questo concessionario. L'auto mi viene consegnata a motore caldo con la scusa che era al lavaggio per il preconsegna, tra l'altro consegnata sporchissima. Mi indirizzo verso casa ed è tutto ok. La mattina successiva, quindi a motore freddo, si sente un rumore di ferraglia dal motore. Mi reco dal meccanico che mi spiega il lavoro da eseguire. Catene, tendi catene e pattini. Difetto che si nota solo a motore freddo. Casualità la consegna a motore caldo? va beh... Si scusano e mi dicono di non preoccuparmi tanto l'auto è in garanzia. Costo della riparazione 3.200€ mi offrono tramite assicurazione 1.600 euro. logicamente rifiuto. Mi ricontattano dicendomi di firmare la carta della garanzia accettando i 1.600 euro e solo successivamente sarebbero riusciti ad alzare il rimborso al 85% del importo avendo la pratica già aperta. Leggo la carta e le condizioni e decido di pagare il meccanico di tasca mia aspettando l'evolversi della situazione. Non mi fidavo più di tanto e avevo ragione. Dopo 3 giorni di assenza mi contattano dicendo che non possono più fare nulla perché ho firmato la carta della garanzia quindi ho accettato i 1.600 € Gli rispondo che stanno dichiarando il falso perché non ho firmato niente. Spariscono per altri 2 giorni. Si rifanno vivi offrendomi 300 € ? Rifiuto, per fortuna non ho bisogno dei 300 € Allora me ne propongono 400€ Stanco di questa pagliacciata e avendo ben altro da fare accetto. E' uno di quei pochi concessionari in cui acquistare un' auto usata e' un piacere, sono flessibili e cercano di venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Pochi concessionari sono capaci di fornire un servizio dello stesso livello, e tornero' in futuro ad acquistare un'altra vettura con piacere. E per quanto riguarda la consegna del libretto di circolazione, visto che alcune persone nelle recensioni si sono lamentate, e' bastato fornire documenti corretti e comunicare attivamente. Pure a distanza, si sono rivelati affidabili e pienamente capaci. Professionalism, seriousness, courtesy and an excellent quality-price ratio. All qualities I found when buying a car from AMMG. It is one of those few dealerships where buying a used car is a pleasure, they are flexible and try to meet the customer's needs. P	Pierluigi Pantano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato l’auto il 26 settembre, un anno fa, auto in perfette condizioni in foto consegnata sporca e tappezzeria macchiata, per non parlare del baule del cofano posteriore(ripulita male prima di essere consegnata), con qualche strusciata sul paraurti anteriore, guarnizioni e motore della vettura sporche di terra(sabbia),dopo due anni ancora escono(sembrerebbe un auto alluvionata) gomme della vettura sembrano che non hanno percorso i km riportati sul display. Un po’ per la mia poca praticità nell’acquisto di un auto; un po’ per tutte le fregature che si beccano in giro; e un po’ perché acquistare un Mercedes GLA senza vederlo dal vivo e provarlo mi lasciava un po’ perplessa…ma decisi di lanciarmi!! Dopo tante ricerche, mi affidai alla concessionaria AMMG e fortunatamente incontrai Marco che con la sua professionalità, serietà e tanta pazienza si rese disponibile sin da subito a darmi qualsiasi informazione, togliermi ogni dubbio e inviare foto e video dell’auto in qualsiasi momento glielo chiedessi! Marco ha portato avanti tutte le pratiche per l’acquisto ma sempre informandomi e coinvolgendomi in ogni passaggio!! Io ho solo dovuto decidere il giorno del ritiro dell’auto e organizzare il viaggio dalla Sardegna!! Ad un mese dall’acquisto posso confermare che la macchina è perfetta proprio come lui mi aveva assicurato!! Poche concessionarie possono vantare di una grande professionalità e gentilezza come quella di Marco…affidatevi a loro e non ve ne pentirete!! E' la prima volta che acquisto in questa concessionaria, non la conoscevo, e ho trovato semplicemente un servizio all'altezza di una casa madre. Marco, il venditore che mi ha seguito, è attento a non lasciarti mai col dubbio ed è soprattutto preciso, anche negli appuntamenti. Segue il cliente in modo scrupoloso, in fase di prova, nell'acquisto della mia auto in permuta, per la documentazione. Mi ha accompagnato nel test drive dell'auto che avevo scelto, illustrandomene tutte le informazioni più importanti, oltre che provenienza e certificazione chilometri. Ma soprattutto si è reso disponibile nel risolvere quei piccoli difetti, anche estetici, che talvolta si incontrano su un auto usata, per lasciarmi con la migliore soddisfazione possibile. Nei casi di eventuali ritardi ha sempre il pensiero ad avvertire il cliente. Ho apprezzato la serietà anche da queste piccole attenzioni.
