Entro, mi igienizzo le mani, giro tra le auto esposte, mi faccio notare dagli addetti, ma nulla, nessuno si avvicina, nessuno mi dice nulla, non sai cosa devi fare per avere qualche informazione su un'auto. La mia permanenza supera i 5 minuti di orologio, mi sento l'uomo invisibile, per cui desisto e vado via. Ovviamente nessuno si cura della cosa né fa cenno di alzarsi dalla scrivania per raggiungermi. The dealership is very nice. My visit to this dealership ends here. I enter, I sanitize my hands, I walk among the cars on display, I get noticed by the employees, but nothing, nobody comes near, nobody tells me anything, you don't know what you have to do to get some information about a car. My stay exceeds 5 minutes on the clock, I feel the invisible man, so I give up and go away. Obviously no one cares about it or makes a sign to get up from the desk to join me.

In data 1 marzo mi rispondono dall'officina, un addetto prende i miei dati e dice che mi farà richiamare al più presto ; a distanza di un mese sono ancora in attesa! Sto leggendo molte recensioni negative, la casa madre dovrebbe venire a conoscenza di come una filiale di zona stia facendo perdere credibilità e clienti all'azienda. Sarò costretto a fornirmi altrove per le mie due Volvo. I have been trying in vain to get in touch with the spare parts warehouse since 1st February but I have not received any response! On March 1st, they answer me from the workshop, an employee takes my data and says he will call me back as soon as possible; one month later I'm still waiting! I am reading a lot of negative reviews, the parent company should be aware of how a local branch is making the company lose credibility and customers. I will be forced to supply myself elsewhere for my two Volvos.

Ho portato la mia volvo c30 ad aprile-maggio 2020 per un problema elettrico, mi hanno detto che era la centralina e che avrebbero provato a risolvere, ho atteso MESI durante i quali mi si diceva che stavano provando altre cose (?) prima che mi si dicesse che no, il reset non era possibile , bisognava cambiare la centralina (circa 1500 euro) e FORSE sarebbe andata bene. Magnifico il finale: macchina riconsegnata così come consegnata (ripresa col carro attrezzi) , ma ho dovuto pagare oltre 100 euro "perché comunque i programmi erano stati inseriti nell'auto". Un incubo. I think it was the worst automotive experience ever. I took my volvo c30 in april-may 2020 for an electrical problem, they told me it was the control unit and that they would try to fix it, i waited for months during which they told me they were trying other things (?) Before i it was said that no, the reset was not possible, it was necessary to change the control unit (about 1500 euros) and MAYBE it would have been fine. The ending was magnificent: the car was returned as delivered (picked up with the tow truck), but I had to pay over 100 euros "because the programs had been inserted in the car anyway". A nightmare.

Efficient, helpful and professional staff. Equipped with parking on the street. Equipped with a waiting room in the acceptance office and in the exhibition and sales hall. Ho parlato più io da cliente che loro da rivenditori. Sembra più consono per un salotto da tè. Volvo dealership that has no Volvo cars ... Ask for a rental quote and they look at you weird. It was a '' unique '' experience. I have spoken more as a customer than they as a dealer. It seems more suitable for a tea room.
