Infatti non sono partita da Civitavecchia, ma da Valencia e loro con tempestività, competenza ed esperienza mi hanno prenotato il volo, la camera, compilazione del PLS, dato indicazioni dettagliate della città ed anche della linea metropolitana, il tutto nel giro di poche ore. Grazie a loro non ho perso la mia vacanza e il viaggio è stato organizzato perfettamente. Sono stati professionali, hanno la passione per i viaggi ed anche umanità. I have just returned from an MSC cruise in the Mediterranean, this is an unforgettable trip for me. They solved an urgency for me. In fact, I didn't leave from Civitavecchia, but from Valencia and they, with timeliness, competence and experience, booked me the flight, the room, filling in the PLS, giving detailed indications of the city and also of the underground line, all within a few hours. Thanks to them I didn't miss my vacation and the trip was perfectly organized. They have been professional, have a passion for travel and also humanity.

Abbiamo prenotato in quest'agenzia una vacanza per quest'estate 2021 in Grecia, sono stati genitilissimi e bravissimi non solo nel consigliarci un ottima meta (Santorini) ma ci hanno spiegato tutte le procedure per viaggiare in questo periodo di pandemia. Si sono occupate di tutta la ducumentazione, hanno fatto per noi PLF e QRcode e spiegato come muoverci al meglio. Sicuramente ci torneremo a prenotare da loro un altra vacanza..magari in GIAPPONE...che è una delle loro specialità. OTTIMA ESPERIENZA GREAT EXPERIENCE !! We booked a holiday in this agency for this summer 2021 in Greece, they were very kind and very good not only in recommending us an excellent destination (Santorini) but they explained us all the procedures for traveling in this pandemic period. They took care of all the documentation, made PLF and QRcode for us and explained how to best move. We will definitely be back to book another holiday with them..maybe in JAPAN ... which is one of their specialties. GREAT EXPERIENCE
