Mi sono venuti incontro in un problema insorto in un'escursione e mi hanno permesso di ripetere l'escursione stessa per poter essere del tutto soddisfatta. Very nice and helpful staff. They met me in a problem that arose in an excursion and allowed me to repeat the excursion itself in order to be completely satisfied.

Poi nonostante tutto non si informano e ne comunicano ai clienti se si può andare in un posto dove si è verificato l'uragano. Complimenti per la professionalità che non esiste. Terrible ... they are on their honeymoon and offer old hotels as long as they earn people over them. Dopo aver pagato ci hanno dato la documentazione di viaggio con i biglietti di aereo senza posto prenotato quindi quando siamo arrivati in aereoporto ci hanno dato gli ultimi posti super scomodi in coda aereo. Ci hanno fatto alloggiare in hotel di categoria scadente sporchi. In una delle escursioni era incluso un pranzo dove ci hanno portato in un locale sporchissimo e con innumerevoli mosche mostre sui tavoli e finestre. L'ultima notte di viaggio abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza di terremoto lieve che ci ha spaventati e contattando il loro servizio clienti non abbiamo avuto molte spiegazioni. Morale della favola io e mia moglie abbiamo pagato profumatamente questa agenzia ma quello che ci hanno fatto vivere nel nostro viaggio di nozze è stato davvero indimenticabile per negatività. Sconsiglio vivamente di affidarsi a questa compagnia. I chose this agency for my honeymoon. After paying we were given the travel documentation with the plane tickets with no seat reserved so when we arrived at the airport they gave us the last super uncomfortable seats in the plane queue. They made us stay in dirty cheap hotels. One of the excursions included a lunch where they took us to a very dirty room with countless flies exhibited on the tables and windows. On our last night of travel we had a bad mild earthquake experience that scared us and contacting their customer service didn't get much explanation. Moral of the story my wife and I paid handsomely for this agency but what they made us experience on our honeymoon was truly unforgettable for negativity. I strongly advise against relying on this company.
