Qualità prezzo-eccellente , viaggio comodo e senza preoccupazioni , personale gentile e disponibile. Mi hanno dato una grande mano con i bagagli visto che ero impossibilitato a causa delle stampelle.

Viaggiato a metà giugno.
 BARI-ROME section. I have to be honest, nothing to say with this company, impeccable service. Price-excellent quality, comfortable and worry-free travel, friendly and helpful staff. They gave me a big hand with the luggage since I was unable to carry it because of the crutches.
Booked through the Marozzi website.
Traveled in mid-June.

ma in queste poche volte non ho riscontrato alcun tipo di problematiche particolari, anzi, ho potuto notare efficienza sin dal momento della prenotazione online del biglietto(sito internet semplice e intuitivo). Personale educato, vicino alle esigenze del cliente e pullman piuttosto confortevole. L'ultima volta ho viaggiato sulla tratta Bari-Gallipoli e ho potuto usufruire, attraverso il biglietto, anche della prevendita gratuita presso alcune discoteche della zona(quest'ultima un'ottima iniziativa a mio parere).
I have traveled little with Marozzi,
but in these few times I have not encountered any kind of particular problems, on the contrary, I have been able to notice efficiency since the online booking of the ticket (simple and intuitive website). Polite staff, close to customer needs and rather comfortable coach. Last time I traveled on the Bari-Gallipoli route and I was able to take advantage, through the ticket, of the free presale at some discos in the area (the latter an excellent initiative in my opinion).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ USATO MOLTO sulla tratta Brindisi Siena e ritorno, Servizio eccellente personale molto garbato, ora purtroppo non c'è più questa tratta, e mi spiace molto. Anche il servizio trasporto pacchi era conveniente ed efficace. Avrei dato un 5 stelle, ma un piccolo problemino amministrativo comunque risolto in breve tempo, mi obbliga ad una cautela nel giudizio.
Comunque spero di usufruire nuovamente dei servizi offerti da questa azienda e aggiustare il voto con un 5 stelle.
VERY USED on the Brindisi Siena route and back, Excellent service very polite staff, now unfortunately there is no longer this route, and I'm very sorry. The parcel service was also convenient and effective. I would have given a 5-star rating, but a small administrative problem, however, resolved in a short time, requires me to exercise caution in the judgment.
However I hope to take advantage of the services offered by this company again and adjust the rating with a 5-star rating.

Se uno ha bisogno di informazioni,non può avere contatti con chi lavora in questa azienda
Unico lato buono è il bus delle 19.50 per tornare a Roma.
Ma.per il resto male,anzi,malissimo
Bus ticket prices very expensive and above all they NEVER answer the phone.
If one needs information, he cannot have contact with anyone who works in this company
The only good side is the 19.50 bus back to Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato un trasporto dall'aeroporto di Bari com partenza a mezzanotte e mezza. Ritardo dell'aereo esco dall'aeroporto alle 00.35 e del pullman nessuna traccia. Considerando che si tratta di una navetta messa appositamente, che a quell'ora gli aerei che arrivano saranno un paio e che i posti sono prenotati prima la trovo una gravissima mancanza quella di lasciare la gente per strada in piena notte per non aspettare qualche minuto. Veramente pessimi, spero non capiti a qualche vostro parente di rimanere a piedi in piena notte. Per quanto mi riguarda la mia esperienza con voi si chiude qui.
I booked a transfer from Bari airport with departure at half past midnight. Delay of the plane I leave the airport at 00.35 and no trace of the bus. Considering that it is a specially made shuttle, that at that time there will be a couple of planes arriving and that the seats are booked before I find it a very serious lack to leave people on the street in the middle of the night so as not to wait a few minutes. Really bad, I hope it does not happen to some of your relatives to be left on foot in the middle of the night. As far as I'm concerned, my experience with you ends here.

Not a single phone-number nor from our ticket or the website was available.
A few hours after we received an E-Mail that they did not show up because they took other 4 people with them and the bus was full at this point.
We had a ticket and they would'nt even give us this information or pick up the phone.
Never again.
