Non è stato facile riorganizzare tutto causa Covid ma l’agente ci forniva sempre ottime alternative; per alternative intendo itinerari completi e personalizzati, non i soliti pacchetti standard. Infatti, tutto quello che ci veniva proposto era personalizzato su quelle che erano le nostre esigenze discusse al primo appuntamento. Una volta deciso l’itinerario, l’agente si occupa di tutto, lasciandoci veramente senza pensieri. Questo stato ci ha accompagnato per tutto il viaggio. L’agente, Glenda, era preparata su tutte le mete che proponevamo e su quasi tutte aveva esperienze dirette di viaggio; completano il profilo molta disponibilità e gentilezza.  A real travel agency. We were looked after in everything, both before and during the trip. It was not easy to reorganize everything due to Covid but the agent always provided us with excellent alternatives; by alternatives I mean complete and personalized itineraries, not the usual standard packages. In fact, everything that was proposed to us was customized on what were our needs discussed on the first appointment. Once the itinerary has been decided, the agent takes care of everything, leaving us truly carefree. This state accompanied us throughout the journey. The agent, Glenda, was prepared for all the destinations we proposed and had direct travel experience on almost all of them; a lot of helpfulness and kindness complete the profile.
