β β β β β Internet sucks (if there is any), you can hear traffic outside, the bathroom door has some strange door lock. This can't be a 4 star hotel.

β β β β β It was a cozy hotel, it doesn't look like much from the outside. The food is great and they have a cool bar, the staff is really helpful.

β β β β β The rooms were improper. We rented a three bedroom room and instead we got a two bedroom room with a third bed slapped inside. Other than that, some other rooms' were worn out (we rented as a large group). There was also a club next to the hotel that made too much noise at the worst times possible. The service was mediocre at best, not recommended.

β β β β β This hotel was picked due to small budget. The hotel was clean and the room itself was modern and comfortable. The air con in the room worked. Although a balcony no seating for it. The hotel claims to be in Naples it is not luckily read reviews and so hired a car, if we had not had a car we would of been stuck. The hotel is situated in the middle of an industrial estate nothing around for miles and the local transport expensive and unreliable. Certainly not for a family or a relaxing holiday.
The hotel staff were friendly and anything we asked for (kettle in room) they did provide.
Must say the food in the hotel was unfortunately terrible and expensive and would only give 1 star for that and that is only due to the catering lady being very lovely and helpful. If you choose this hotel please get a car and travel to see what Italy has on offer be careful on those roads though they drive aggressively with no concerns or care.
Glad I've been but would not visit again.

β β β β β The room was spacious, very nice and clean. We even had a nice terrace. Breakfast was ok. Though the hotel is quite away from the historical centre and there is no convenient way, except for taxi, to get there. The surrounding area is not worth visiting, industrial.
