M	Mirko Cocomazzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci siamo trovati per niente bene la veterinaria ci ha dato cure che non servivano e non ha eseguito analisi importanti per un cane che arrivava da un canile e ha eseguito la visita anche se non richiesta facendola pagare per il controllo dopo tre giorni alle orecchie (che non avevano nulla ma per lei c'era un otite)voleva 30 euro peccato perdere pazienti così We did not feel at all well the vet gave us treatments that were not needed and did not perform important analyzes for a dog that came from a kennel and performed the visit even if not requested by making her pay for the control after three days on the ears ( they had nothing but for her there was an otitis) she wanted 30 euros too bad to lose patients like that

All'epoca fu molto corretto nel dirmi che purtroppo non ci sarebbe stato nulla da fare perché essendo molto piccolo non si poteva operare. Nonostante la distanza in chilometri, dopo anni sono tornata da lui. L'unica pecca è stata una mancanza di organizzazione durante il ricovero di un giorno, altrimenti avrei dato 5 stelle. Complimenti per la precisione nella spiegazione delle diagnosi durante le visite. Ho riscontrato moltissimo umanità nei confronti dei nostri amici a 4 zampe, che vengono trattati in modo dolcissimo :-) non è da tutti i veterinari, complimenti! A professional and competent team. Sono stata accolta con gentilezza e il mio cane è stato visitato con molta delicatezza. Nonostante non fosse un cane facile sono riusciti a conquistare la sua fiducia! Gentili, cordiali, attenti, disponibili, se li avessi scoperti prima sarei corsa da loro tempo fa. Hanno curato la mia Cana anche se la situazione stava peggiorando, riuscendo, in poco tempo, a rimetterla in sesto! Consigliatissimo! Grazie a tutto lo staff! I've always been very fussy with vets, and I was looking for one who was attentive and thorough. I was greeted with kindness and my dog was visited very gently. Although he was not an easy dog they managed to win his trust! Kind, friendly, attentive, available, if I had discovered them before I would have run to them long ago.
