La dottoressa è stata gentilissima e premurosa (era evidente il suo amore per gli animali). Ma è stata soprattutto competente, dato che ha rimesso in sesto Gino in giusto un paio di giorni. I brought my Gino here (a very sweet Labrador Retriever) without warning because for some days he had been unwell. The doctor was very kind and caring (her love for animals was evident). But she was above all competent, since she put Gino back in just a couple of days.

Non ho mai trovato un veterinario così affettuoso e attento con tutti gli animali e i gatti e cani in degenza da loro sono sempre coccolati,cosa che ho visto con i miei occhi più di una volta. The veterinarians Lina and Manuela are really special people besides the skill. I have never found a veterinarian so affectionate and attentive with all the animals and the cats and dogs in hospital with them are always pampered, which I have seen with my own eyes more than once.

Manca ascolto, comprensione e sensibilità. Capisco che si va sempre di corsa, ma la tecnologia digitale può essere di grande aiuto, se si è dotati di umiltà. The surgeon is an excellent professional, the operation is successful, but the post-operative course leaves much to be desired. Lacks listening, understanding and sensitivity. I understand that you are always in a hurry, but digital technology can be of great help, if you are gifted with humility.
