F	Federica B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima bella impressione poi ho capito che è solo sorriso e niente competenza, vanno alla cieca e non pensano alle conseguenze. Prescrivono cose che non conoscono. Avrei dato meno stelle se avessi potuto Abbiamo fatto la prima visita per la cagnolina. Sul subito siamo rimasti colpiti per la loro disponibilità: appuntamento in giornata, visita gratuita compreso l'esame feci, hanno parlato con noi per quasi 2 ore dandoci molti consigli e ci hanno dato un kit benvenuto. Fin qui wow. Poi ecco che le trovano tutti i parassiti possibili immaginabili, siamo rimasti stupiti dato che a noi sembrava stesse benissimo ed aveva appena fatto tutti i vaccini ed era positiva proprio per quei parassiti per cui era vaccinata, per cui dopo avermi detto che a quanto pare era una bugia che erano stati fatti, mi prescrivono ben 2 farmaci da darle più volte al mese. Poi ci dicono che la visita non era gratuita come ci avevano promesso. Dopo la somministrazione ha iniziato a stare male e ha smesso di mangiare, sempre peggio per quasi un mese. Loro iniziano a passarsi la colpa fingendo di non saperne nessuna delle due ( quando erano presenti e concordi entrambe). Al che chiamando altri veterinari abbiamo scoperto che le avevano prescritto una dose da labrador adulto di 35 kg quando lei pesava appena 4 kg. Ci ha messo mesi per tornare a stare meglio. They begin to pass the blame by pretending to know neither of them (when both were present and agreed). Upon calling other veterinarians we found out that they had prescribed an adult lab dose of 35kg when she weighed just 4kg. It took him months to get better. They don't think about what they do, that's why I never come back.

Sono contento di avere un sistema di supporto così straordinario mentre sollevo il mio primo gomitolo di pelo. grazie. I had to risk my review because "very nice" is not enough. the crew is great! they take care of our little devil so well and never get tired of us. we visit quite often because I'm a stressed parent and they always know what to do. I am happy to have such an amazing support system as I lift my first ball of fur. thank you.
