Siamo stati seguiti dalla Dottoressa Miranda Di Giandomenico che è stata estremamente disponibile, delicata e paziente. Grazie di cuore I found great availability, kindness and attention my kitten was treated for a fairly serious bruise. A	Alessia Mariucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NON PORTATE QUI I VOSTRI ANIMALI Ho avuto un esperienza orribile presso questa clinica il mio porcellino d'india stava male non era presente la veterinaria di esotici e invece di chiamarla o avvisarci che non potevano fare niente perche NON HANNO FATTO NIENTE se lo sono tenuto per un giorno chiedendo 200€ (ripeto non hanno neanche tentato di salvarlo). Hanno anche sbagliato una diagnosi per il mio cane(che adesso ha un altro vet). SIETE UNA VERGOGNA, SE AMATE I VOSTRI CUCCIOLI NON PORTATELI QUI! DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE I had a horrible experience at this clinic my guinea pig was sick the exotics vet was not present and instead of calling her or telling us they could not do anything because they DID NOTHING if I kept it for a day asking for € 200 ( I repeat they have not even tried to save him). They also misdiagnosed my dog (who now has another vet). YOU ARE A SHAME, IF YOU LOVE YOUR PUPPIES DON'T BRING THEM HERE!

Era sera tardi, per vicinanza l’ho portato in questa clinica. Non hanno fatto neanche un esame, ma nel momento in cui ho raccontato di averlo raccolto per strada mi è stato detto: “Lo porti a casa, lo curerà con tanto amore”. Inqualificabili! One star is too much. I found a kitten on the street, certainly hit with internal trauma. It was late in the evening, I took him to this clinic due to proximity. They didn't even do an exam, but when I told them I picked it up on the street, I was told: "Take it home, you will take care of it with a lot of love". Unspeakable!

In reception una signora in camice mi ha chiesto chi ero e ha detto che avrebbe avvertito subito la collega. Nei 15 minuti successivi sono passate altre 3 persone in camice senza neanche dire buongiorno. Nessuno si è degnato di dire che magari c'era un'emergenza in atto (dal passo lento delle 3 persone sicuramente non era quello in caso...) o altro per giustificare la mia inutile attesa. Alle 12.15 sono andata via. Mancanza totale di rispetto, maleducazione e scarsa professionalità. I booked for a 12 noon vaccine. I showed up on time at 11.59. At the reception a lady in a white coat asked me who I was and said she would immediately notify her colleague. In the next 15 minutes, 3 other people in shirts passed without even saying hello. Nobody deigned to say that maybe there was an emergency in place (from the slow pace of the 3 people it was certainly not the one in case ...) or else to justify my useless wait. At 12.15 I left. Total lack of respect, rudeness and lack of professionalism.

Sono molto soddisfatta del loro operato , il mio piccolo Miki ??❤️ è uscito dalla clinica davvero miracolato dopo una pesante crisi diabetica . Hanno fatto di tutto per salvarlo .Consiglio vivamente questa clinica ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Professional staff, often more polite than they should for a job, come to meet customers as much as possible, both with visits, treatments, medicines and rates. I am very satisfied with their work, my little Miki ??❤️ came out of the clinic really miraculously after a severe diabetic crisis. They went out of their way to save him. I highly recommend this clinic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

G	Greta Carangelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional animal loving doctors! Open 24/7 I had to go for an emergency with my young rabbit, at late evening in the weekend, and thankfully the exotic animals doctor came in to assist my bunny. Very recommended!
