Se sapevo la mia gatta la portavo da voi. La prox volta,spero mai, sicuro la porterò da voi. Consigliatissimo. Si vede chi realmente vuole bene agli animali! Today I went for a comparison of a clinical picture with another veterinary clinic. Followed by two very professional and friendly doctors. If I knew my cat I would take her to you. The next time, I hope never, sure I'll take it to you. Highly recommended. You can see who really cares about animals!

La conoscenza con il dottor Soldati è stata deludente non tanto come professionalità ma come lui si pone nei confronti della gente pensando , probabilmente, di essere spiritoso, e permettendosi di prenderti in giro facendo battute stupide.Positivo invece il rapporto con la dottoressa Di Fant. Che ha unito professionalità e gentilezza! The experience I had when approaching this clinic was not good. The acquaintance with Dr. Soldati was disappointing not so much as professionalism but as he approaches people thinking, probably, that he is witty, and allowing himself to make fun of you by making stupid jokes, while the relationship with Dr. Di Fant is positive. Who combined professionalism and kindness!

La visita con la D.ssa Masiero è stata utile solo per una diagnosi veloce e affrettata, su due piedi, che fortunatamente si è rivelata anche corretta; non oso immaginare, se così non fosse stato, cosa sarebbe successo al mio cane. Il mio cane, 17 anni, soffriva di ascesso dentale e gli è stato prescritto un antibiotico che poi, a detta dei colleghi, si è rivelato "inutile". L'ascesso è in seguito esploso, ci è stato detto di medicare il cane e alla nostra richiesta di aiuto nel farlo, offrendo ovviamente anche un pagamento, la D.ssa Masiero ha replicato dicendo che aveva paura che il cane mordesse, e che non voleva prendersi questa responsabilità. Mi domando a questo punto allora quale sia lo scopo di un veterinario... (piccola precisazione: il cane era la prima volta che lo vedeva, ha 17 anni e ha avuto solo dei piccoli scatti dovuti probabilmente alla paura e al dolore che stava provando in quel momento). Non lo consiglio, la motivazione mi sembra palese. Reluctantly, I have to say I had a very bad experience. The visit with Dr. Masiero was only useful for a quick and hasty diagnosis, on the spot, which fortunately also proved to be correct; I dare not imagine, if it had not been so, what would have happened to my dog. My dog, 17, suffered from a dental abscess and was prescribed an antibiotic which, according to colleagues, turned out to be "useless". The abscess then exploded, we were told to medicate the dog and to our request for help in doing so, obviously also offering a payment, Dr. Masiero replied saying that she was afraid that the dog would bite, and that she would not he wanted to take this responsibility. I wonder at this point then what is the purpose of a vet ... (small clarification: the dog was the first time he saw him, he is 17 years old and had only small shots probably due to the fear and pain he was feeling in that moment). I do not recommend it, the motivation seems obvious to me.

Ora, l'ambulatorio in via Volturno, si è arricchito di nuove figure professionali, strumenti diagnostici, laboratorio di analisi ai quali si aggiunge l'ambulanza per le emergenze dei nostri piccoli grandi compagni di vita. A questo mix di professionalità si aggiunge il recapito telefonico per le emergenze, le visite domiciliari, il day hospital e per ultimo ... ma non ultimo ... un ambiente giovane, grande disponibilità e simpatia. Voto? 10+ I know dr. Soldiers since he had the surgery in via Rielta (at least 15 years old). Now, the surgery in via Volturno has been enriched with new professional figures, diagnostic tools, analysis laboratory to which is added the ambulance for the emergencies of our great little life companions. To this mix of professionalism is added the telephone number for emergencies, home visits, day hospital and last but not least ... a young environment, great availability and friendliness. Vote? 10+
