Portare in assistenza una macchina del caffè seminuova (perché utilizzata pochissimo) per cambiare una guarnizione senza risolvere il problema ma pagando comunque 80€. La porto a casa e provandola il problema è migliorato ma non sistemato. Trovo delle macchie su tutta la macchina che non riesco più a togliere usando vari prodotti. Provo a montare il latte e il pezzo mi rimane in mano rompendosi. Risultato? Macchina da buttare via perché inutilizzabile. A questo punto me la tenevo com era e andavo da un altra parte. Bastava semplicemente dire di non essere in grado senza fare tutti questi danni....vi ringrazio!! Not recommended. I take it home and trying it out the problem has improved but not fixed. I find stains all over the machine that I can no longer remove using various products. Finito di riparare la lavatrice sporco ovunque, palline di polistirolo che giravano per tutta la casa! Chiamerò direttamente l electrolux per segnalare il fatto! La lavatrice era in garanzia, sul.foglio lavoro hanno scritto sostituito viti vasca, ma ne dubito visto che si é presentato con uno scatolone grande come la lavatrice e ci ha messo quasi 2 ore per ripararla. L unica cosa di originale é la scocca esterna mi sa! Scomsigliatissimo, rude, as soon as the technician arrived home, not even a hello, or hello. Zero education! Il tecnico che mi ha risposto è stato gentilissimo, mi ha consigliato come agire per provare a sistemare la cosa spiegandomi quale potrebbe essere la causa rimanendo però d'accordo che se il problema non si risolve, li richiamo per l'uscita del tecnico. Mi premeva sottolineare la grande disponibilità e cortesia del personale. I called today about a refrigerator freezer problem.
