F	Fede 78 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale alla reception dovrebbe essere un po' più comprensivo , capisco che dopo aver parlato con tanta gente uno possa essere anche stanco ma dovrebbero ricordare che le persone che si rivolgono all'ambulatorio non stanno bene, altrimenti andrebbero al bar e non dal medico. Altra nota negativa le lunghe attese al telefono prima che qualcuno risponda... Peccato Reception staff should be a little more understanding, I understand that after talking to so many people one can also be tired but they should remember that people who come to the clinic are not well, otherwise they would go to the bar and not to the doctor. Another negative note the long waits on the phone before someone answers ... Too bad

Così come le ricette dei medicinali che si ricevono o sul telefono o al proprio indirizzo email. Possibility to make an appointment with your GP either by phone or via the internet. r	roberta benedetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modifico quello cho scritto prima, visto che non era mia intenzione offendere il lavoro di nessuno ma far presente che, almeno per quanto mi riguarda, non vengo in ambulatorio o chiamo per nulla ma per vero bisogno, purtroppo non si riesce a prendere la linea, le osservazioni possono servire per migliorare! I modify what I wrote before, since it was not my intention to offend anyone's work but to point out that, at least as far as I'm concerned, I don't come to the clinic or call for nothing but out of real need, unfortunately you can't get the line, observations can be used to improve!

Il telefono è sempre occupato e quando suona non risponde nessuno. Al mattino del giorno seguente ci presentiamo quindi fisicamente in ambulatorio, ci comunicano che verremo contattati dal medico e questo non succede, ci presentiamo nuovamente al pomeriggio ma ci comunicano nuovamente che dobbiamo attendere la telefonata del medico...siamo ancora in attesa....dopo 2 gg! gestione scandalosa! Scandalous! after 2 days we still haven't been able to contact a doctor to get a certificate of illness. The phone is always busy and no one answers when it rings. In the morning of the following day we then physically go to the clinic, they tell us that we will be contacted by the doctor and this does not happen, we show up again in the afternoon but they tell us again that we have to wait for the doctor's call ... we are still waiting ... . after 2 days! scandalous management!

Purtroppo siamo obbligati a farlo perché i nostri medici condotti sono li, se fosse un ambulatorio a pagamento lo avrei già abbandonato da tempo!!! Per i medici nulla da dire anzi super!! La gente deve avere la possibilità di comunicare per visite e per tutte le esigenze. Non è assolutamente possibile che una persona debba restare 5 giorni su 5 tutta la mattinata a telefonare ed non avere risposta per poi essere obbligato a recarsi presso lo studio. Nel parlare con la vice responsabile di questo problema sembra non capire e vuole anche avere ragione e mi dice di cambiare medico!! Ma stiamo scherzando? La gente a bisogno e questa si permette di rispondere così? A one-time disaster, the manager must understand that this booking system is no good. People must be able to communicate for visits and for all needs. It is absolutely not possible that a person has to stay 5 days out of 5 all morning to call and get no answer and then be forced to go to the office.
