Nothing to say about the clean and well organized clinic ... but I believe in all my life that I have never been so humiliated as today by Dr. Pagani ... thank you but never again I imagine if in my place I am an adult yes found a little boy or girl with problems how would he react ...

Ho effettuato oggi una visita dermatologica con la Dottoressa Villa, e una visita cosi accurata e attenta non l'ho mai fatta, davvero complimenti! A very clean clinic, with friendly and helpful staff as well as very trained. Today I had a dermatological examination with Doctor Villa, and I have never done such an accurate and careful examination, really congratulations!

Sono rimasto molto sottisfatto delle onde d'urto Fisiatra Enzo Vaccaro, persona molto preparata, e un alta professionalizza ,Sempre ottima esperienza con la Fisioterapia Signora Valeria: ottima professionalita' e cura verso i pazienti. Immancabile la sua grande capacita' di Massaggio, il dialogo, i consigli, il mettere a proprio agio i pazienti come rivolgendosi ad un amico. Tutti i medici dovrebbero essere come lei!!! Il Poliambulatorio Specialistico Cooperativa Sociale Monterosso Onlus, come struttura dovrebbe essere da esempio per il sistema sanitario nazionale. Nessuna lunga attesa per gli appuntamenti e costi per le prestazioni mediche alla portata di tutti pur essendo privato. Si auspica una sempre grande attenzione alla professionalita' dei medici. Indipendentemente da questa esperienza a cui comunque ho dato il massimo dei voti devo dire che questo centro medico è davvero ottimo dal mio punto di vista. Mi sono trovato bene non solo con diverse Fisoterapie ma anche in altri settori. Sono stata - dall' igienista per una pulizia dei denti: medico competente che ha saputo risolvere i miei problemi; - dal dentista: dottore che mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio - dall'ecografista: dottoressa che mi ha seguito passo passo durante l'ecografia - nutrizionista: dottoressa che mi ha supportato e consigliato al meglio Sono davvero soddisfatta dell'esistenza di questo centro, non solo per la competenza, professionalità e cordialità di tutto il personale, ma anche per la rapidità e la massima disponibilità negli orari, soprattutto per chi lavora. Già dalla reception si entra in questo mood fatto da cortesia, attenzioni e disponibilità. Mi si era staccata una vecchia otturazione (fatta in un altro studio!!), e subito hanno capito il mio disagio, la dottoressa, splendida, con mani d'oro, ha sistemato il pezzo mancante trovando prima una soluzione provvisoria e poi definitiva. Lei stessa, poi, mi ha devitalizzato un altro dente e non ho sentito alcun male, davvero unica!! Per la ricostruzione, un altro medico dentista dolcissimo, ha trovato una soluzione alternativa per farmi risparmiare!! Anche lui mani delicatissime e trattamento meraviglioso: la ricostruzione è venuta così bene che il dente riparato è talmente perfetto creando una sensazione di vero benessere. Strumentazione nuovissima abbinata all'esperienza dei medici fanno di PoliCSM uno studio che desidero raccomandare a tutti!! Posso dire di avere lunga esperienza di dentisti perché in passato avevo già fatto diverse otturazioni e devitalizzazioni, ma vi assicuro che mai come con loro mi sono trovata bene. Ultimo ma non ultimo, rispetto ad altri studi i preventivi di PoliCSM sono davvero più bassi, ne vale davvero la pena!! I had detached an old filling (made in another studio !!), and immediately they understood my discomfort, the doctor, splendid, with golden hands, fixed the missing piece, first finding a temporary and then definitive solution. She herself then devitalized another tooth and I didn't feel any harm, truly unique !! For the reconstruction, another very sweet dentist, found an alternative solution to save me !! He too has very delicate hands and a wonderful treatment: the reconstruction went so well that the repaired tooth is so perfect, creating a feeling of true well-being. Brand new equipment combined with the experience of doctors make PoliCSM a study that I would like to recommend to everyone !! I can say that I have a long experience as dentists because in the past I had already done several fillings and root canals, but I assure you that I have never felt so good with them. Last but not least, compared to other studies the estimates of PoliCSM are really lower, it's really worth it !!

L appuntamento viene ben gestito dalle ragazze efficienti della reception con conferma telefonica a 5 giorni dalla data fissata e un messaggio telefonico a due giorni dalla visita. Negli ultimi 6 mesi ho effettuato visita oculistica, igiene dentale e estrazione di un dente e mi sono trovata veramente bene. Ci terrei a ringraziare la dott.ssa Armando , dentista , per la sua professionalità e umanità e la sua assistente per la grinta.....sono riuscite a convincermi ad estrarre un dente in un nanosecondo :) Cristina Scola The outpatient clinic is well-kept and clean, well furnished. The appointment is well managed by the efficient reception girls with telephone confirmation 5 days from the fixed date and a telephone message two days from the visit. In the last 6 months I have had an eye examination, dental hygiene and tooth extraction and I have been really well. I would like to thank Dr. Armando, dentist, for his professionalism and humanity and his assistant for the grit ..... they managed to convince me to extract a tooth in a nanosecond :) Cristina Scola

Il giorno prima della visita mi dicono che la stessa è annullata e che verrà rifissata un mese dopo, in orario diverso perché hanno deciso di cambiare gli orari di ricevimento I booked an eye examination a month in advance to be able to go on time that allowed me to take as few hours of work permit as possible. The day before the visit they tell me that it is canceled and that it will be reset a month later, at a different time because they have decided to change the reception hours

Per quello che ho pagato mi aspettavo di meglio. I've been to the gynecologist. On the site of the clinic you can read a lot of tempting premises about the doctor. But the reality is something else. Never again. For what I paid I expected better.
