Mi è stato fissato appuntamento con dott.sa Zanardini. La mia esperienza non è stata positiva poiché per il mio problema la dott.sa non è stata delicata. Inoltre il costo della visita è lievitato ingiustificatamente a più del doppio rispetto allo scorso anno per lo stesso tipo di visita. L'esito del pap-test mi è stato consegnato oltre due mesi dopo solo per numerosi solleciti. I contacted the Santa Maria di Vobarno Medical Center for a specialist gynecological examination. The Center is clean and organized. An appointment has been made with Dr. Zanardini. My experience was not positive as Dr.sa was not delicate for my problem. In addition, the cost of the visit has unjustifiably increased to more than double compared to last year for the same type of visit. The result of the pap test was given to me over two months later only for numerous reminders.

Sono stata al poliambulatorio settimana scorsa per delle analisi e, nonostante ci fossero parecchie persone in attesa del tampone, la situazione è stata gestita molto bene, con ordine e rispetto per le norme anti-covid. Ho proceduto con il pagamento bancomat e ho avuto la possibilità di scaricare il referto dal sito. Oltretutto ho effettuato le analisi il giorno 14.10.2020 ed il giorno 16.10.2020 erano già pronte per essere scaricate! Quick, kind and professional. Il centro analisi poi ha una marcia in più grazie all'App che ti permette di prenotare in anticipo le analisi risparmiando così molto tempo. Purtoppo ho trovato un medico molto scortese, mi ha chiesto l'impegnativa (?), così tanto per...pur sapendo che non serve. Ho chiesto se al prossimo controllo avrei dovuto andare da lui e mi ha detto in modo maleducato " fai come vuoi". Non parliamo della tensione e della poca empatia durante la visita. Ho scoperto di non essere l'unica a essermi trovata male con lui. Very clean and organized center. Reception staff very kind. Unfortunately I found a very rude doctor, he asked me for the referral (?), So much for ... even knowing that it is not needed. I asked if I should go to him at the next checkup and he rudely said "do as you like". Let's not talk about the tension and lack of empathy during the visit. I found out that I am not the only one who has found myself wrong with him.

Da anni mi reco in questi Poliambulatori dove la professionalita' garantisce un servizio perfetto. Always very kind, polite And attentive to the needs of the patient. Visits can be booked for a fee, even with Medical Specialists from the Civil Hospital. For years I have been going to these outpatient clinics where professionalism guarantees perfect service.
