Se un cittadino ha bisogno di un'informazione o deve comunicare un'urgenza, il telefono risulta staccato o risponde un fax. Ma che servizio pubblico è? Impossible to have telephone contact with the structure. If a citizen needs information or has to communicate an urgency, the telephone is disconnected or a fax is answered. But what public service is it?

C'è una guardia che tocca tante carte e che poi esce all'ingresso, dove si accalca tanta gente, per distribuire con le mani sue, dopo aver toccato di tutto, i numerini. Visto il periodo dovreste cercare di agevolare il contatto telefonico per evitare che la gente si accalchi per semplici informazioni (come dovrò fare io). Per il resto, personale medico e laboratorio analisi tutto ok. Guys, remove the phone reference if you don't answer. Aspettate fuori che la guardia ti chiama per entrare, osservare il distanziamento, non e' semplice, capisco il momento particolare ma si poteva gestire meglio. Speriamo bene.
