A	Adolfo de Luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una Stella perché zero non è possibile, alla cortesia e professionalità delle segretarie anche meno...se rispondono al telefono, per non parlare del dottore che ha sosituito quello andato in pensione, mi ha consigliato di cercare su google come curare i problemi di respirazione avuti post covid. Aiutoooo. Poi è quasi una presa in giro perchè se chiami alle 12.00 c'è la segreteria che risponde: " la segreteria risponde al telefono dalle ore 8 alle ore 12" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! direi non risponde Virtually impossible to contact the doctors' offices on the phone, always busy for hours or days. Ore e ore di telefonate sperando di prendere la linea; risulta SEMPRE occupato e quando si prende la linea si rimane anche 20 minuti in attesa, poi solitamente mettono giù. Servizio vergognoso! Fortunately, the doctors are good and helpful, but the answering machine is embarrassing. Hours and hours of phone calls hoping to get on the line; it is ALWAYS busy and when you take the line you remain waiting for 20 minutes, then usually they put down. Disgraceful service!

È inaccettabile una gestione simile, sottodimensionata e inadeguata! Per non parlare delle segretarie in accettazione sono scortesi già alle 8 di mattina. Capisco che il periodo non è dei migliore, ma c'è un limite a tutto. Literally embarrassing. Impossible to take the line even for whole days. Impossible to have the contact details of the study (mail, pec, etc ..). Not to mention the reception secretaries are rude already at 8 in the morning. I understand that the period is not the best, but there is a limit to everything.
