Structure valid with all staff, from doctors, nurses, operators, to administrative, competent and always available. Recommended.

Sono stata benissimo, per la camera, per l’ambiente familiare, per la pulizia, per la riabilitazione, per il cibo, per l’attenzione anti covid, per la premura e gentilezza delle infermiere, dei medici e dei fisioterapisti. È stata un’esperienza fantastica. Non capisco le recensioni negative, forse sono di persone che si dimenticano che il Mirasole non è un albergo (anche se lo sembra) ma un istituto di riabilitazione. Ho notato che qualche paziente a volte pretendeva attenzioni immediate e ripetitive, ok ci sta, perché alcuni erano molto anziani, ma non si può criticare il personale che è sempre stato premuroso e sempre presente. Grazie di tutto. I was in this institute for post-surgery rehabilitation, from 3 to 27 September 2021. I had a great time, for the room, for the family environment, for the cleaning, for the rehabilitation, for the food, for the anti-covid attention, for the care and kindness of the nurses, doctors and physiotherapists. It was a fantastic experience. I do not understand the negative reviews, perhaps they are of people who forget that the Mirasole is not a hotel (even if it looks like it) but a rehabilitation institution. I noticed that some patients sometimes demanded immediate and repetitive attention, okay, because some were very old, but you cannot fault the staff who have always been attentive and always present. Thanks for everything.

Purtroppo mia madre malata Alzheimer non è attendibile, ma credetemi in una struttura non a pagamento i parenti vengono trattati meglio!!!!! Grandissima approssimazione e maleducazione nel trattare i parenti ( in questi caso figli).....spesso occorre ricordare a questi emeriti incapaci che il servizio è va pagamento e non regalato. Non consiglio a nessuno questa struttura. I cannot know exactly how my mother is and how she is treated because of headache. Bad management of phone calls with relatives. Great approximation and rudeness in treating relatives (in this case children) ..... often it is necessary to remind these incapable emeritus that the service is paid for and not given as a gift. I do not recommend this property to anyone.

Mia madre ha rischiato di morire per loro superficialità nel gestire un malessere.....opera d'urgenza in ospedale Per non parlare della maleducazione è incompetenza del personale. La fisiatra, lo vista il primo giorno, che si è presentata.,poi chi la più vista. Anche se nel foglio di dimissioni che mi hanno fatto firmare, c'èra scritto che sono stato visitato. Top physiotherapists, good nursing staff. Personal obs. Good. Poor medical staff. They don't even deign to greet you.
