Uso la parola consigli perché la dott.ssa mi ha insegnato a mangiare bene alternando alimenti, sostituendo quelli che non fanno bene al mio intestino e concedermi qualche sgarro con un recupro. Infine, ma non meno importante è sempre gentile,molto disponibile, precisa e preparata. Consigliatissima
For a few months now I have been following Dr. Ervas' advice and my nutrition has improved significantly and my weight has also improved. I use the word advice because the doctor taught me to eat well by alternating foods, replacing those that are not good for my intestine and indulging in some snags with a recovery. Last but not least she is always polite, very helpful, precise and prepared. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La nr 1! Ho provato varie diete e la sua...non lo è! Si mangia bene, senza privazioni. Non mi sono mai sentita "in dieta". Gloria ascolta, aggiusta la proposta calibrando necessità / gusti, sempre con rispetto ed un bel sorriso. Sono tornata per un aiuto post parto: anche questa volta attento ascolto e proposte sane e sfiziose, adeguate alle mie nuove esigenze, per un percorso accompagnato in modo sereno, senza ansie o stress.
The nr 1! I have tried various diets and its ... it's not! You eat well, without deprivation. I have never felt "on a diet". Gloria listens, adjusts the proposal by calibrating needs / tastes, always with respect and a beautiful smile. I returned for post-partum help: once again attentive listening and healthy and tasty proposals, adapted to my new needs, for a journey accompanied in a serene way, without anxiety or stress.
