★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potessi non mettere neanche una stella, lo farei: sono stati eseguiti interventi NON AUTORIZZATI dalla sottoscritta sul figlio più piccolo, obbligandoci ad accettarlo (ovviamente senza pagare) perché nella rimozione avrebbero potuto rovinare il dente. Cambio studio dentistico, chiedo la cartella per mail, non ricevo risp, mi presento in studio e mi viene detto dalla segretaria che prima di inviarmele la dott.ssa vuole controllarla (ma se non fossi andata di persona, io riscontri non ne avevo avuti, neanche per avvisare che avrei dovuto aspettare!). Me la inviano il giorno dopo, e guardando tra le note, leggo che hanno scritto, in maiuscolo: "PESSIMA COLLABORAZIONE"..io? Pessima collaborazione? E loro, a cui potrei benissimo sporgere denuncia per aver fatto un intervento non autorizzato su un minore di 6 anni?
Veramente pessimo!!! Lo studio dove vado ora, è composto da medici professionali ed educati, aperti alle richieste, alle esigenze e ai dubbi dei genitori e dei pazienti, senza voler imporre alcun intervento, a maggior ragione, ripeto: NON AUTORIZZATO! ?
If I could not put even a star, I would do it: unauthorized interventions were carried out by the undersigned on the youngest child, obliging us to accept it (obviously without paying) because in the removal they could have ruined the tooth. I change my dental office, I ask for the file by e-mail, I don't receive an answer, I introduce myself to the office and I am told by the secretary that before sending them to me, Dr. wants to check it (but if I hadn't gone in person, I found I hadn't had any, not even to warn that I should wait!). They send it to me the next day, and looking through the notes, I read that they wrote, in capital letters: "BAD COLLABORATION" .. me? Bad collaboration? And them, to whom I could very well complain for having made an unauthorized intervention on a minor of 6 years?
Really bad !!! The office where I am going now, is made up of professional and educated doctors, open to the requests, needs and doubts of parents and patients, without wanting to impose any intervention, all the more reason, I repeat: NOT AUTHORIZED! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho potuto conoscere lo studio tramite una loro collaboratrice, la dottoressa Terrazzani, ha iniziato a seguire mio figlio alla tenera età di 2 anni e mezzo, con il tempo abbiamo avuto onore di conoscere la dottoressa Meneghin e il dottor Nicolin, che assieme alle loro assistenti Alice, Serena è Sara sanno mettere a proprio agio i bambini anche in situazioni particolari. Ovviamente non voglio dimenticare Laura che ci segue nel trovare lo spazio per i nostri bimbi.
Un ambiente confortevole e curato a misura di bambino, da mamma che ha sempre avuto paura del dentista sento di consigliare a tutti voi di affidarvi a loro, hanno avuto l' umiltà di collaborare con altri medici di cui mio figlio ha avuto cure in altra struttura, cosa ahimè negataci da molti.

I was able to get to know the studio through one of their collaborators, Dr. Terrazzani, who began to follow my son at the tender age of 2 and a half years, over time we had the honor of meeting Dr. Meneghin and Dr. Nicolin, who together with their assistants Alice, Serena and Sara know how to put children at ease even in special situations. Obviously I don't want to forget Laura who follows us in finding the space for our children.
A comfortable and cared for child-friendly environment, as a mother who has always been afraid of the dentist, I recommend that you all rely on them, they had the humility to collaborate with other doctors that my son has had care of in another structure , what alas denied us by many.
