Prima della spedizione li ho contattati più volte telefonicamente e mi hanno sempre risposto, dandomi tutte le informazioni richieste e anche suggerimenti molto utili. Ringrazio quindi lo staff per la loro gentilezza, cortesia e disponibilità per chi come me era alla sua prima esperienza nell'utilizzo di questo tipo di servizio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire! Per la seconda volta mi sono rivolta a questo centro per spedire un pacco a mia figlia che sta facendo varie esperienze di studio all'estero. La prima volta in Inghilterra, ora negli Stati Uniti.
Ho trovato un gruppo di ragazzi molto affiatati e collaborativi fra loro, aiutati dalla splendida Fanny che mi ha supportato e fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie (merce da spedire, imballaggio, dogana, documenti, ecc). Per la spedizione sono stata seguita da Marco, il quale mi ha aiutato nell'imballaggio, nel trovare il giusto rapporto qualità-prezzo e mi ha tenuta aggiornata quotidianamente sullo stato di spedizione del pacco (che peraltro è arrivato a destinazione in 3 giorni lavorativi!!!).
Consiglio a tutti vivamente di affidarsi a tale centro, dove la trasparenza e la professionalità sono garantiti!
What to say! For the second time I turned to this center to send a package to my daughter who is doing various study experiences abroad. First time in England, now in the United States.
I found a group of very close-knit and collaborative guys, helped by the splendid Fanny who supported me and provided me with all the necessary information (goods to be shipped, packaging, customs, documents, etc.). For the shipment I was followed by Marco, who helped me in the packaging, in finding the right quality-price ratio and kept me updated daily on the shipment status of the package (which, moreover, arrived at its destination in 3 working days! !!).
I strongly recommend everyone to rely on this center, where transparency and professionalism are guaranteed!
