Un plauso a questa azienda che si è rivelata una sorpresa quanto a professionalità e gentilezza nei confronti del cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo anni che ci rifornivamo di sedie da questa ditta i, l'ultima partita di 12 sedie acquistata 2 anni e mezzo fa è risultata con difetti gravi di fabbricazione, in quanto le gambe troppo sottili hanno fatto cadere,rompendosi, ben tre persone.
Siamo una piccola scuola in centro a Milano e dobbiamo come tutti garantire la sicurezza ai nostri studenti, manager, mogli di manager, personale diplomatico etc.
Dopo telefonate e mail al titolare in cui chiedevamo risposte concrete a questo pericoloso inconveniente, ci è stato risposto che tutte le cose sono destinate a rompersi con il tempo .
Poiché non aveva argomenti di giustificazione ha urlato tutto il tempo delle telefonate e da ultimo ha persino interrotto l'ultima.
Ditta non consigliata.
After years of supplying chairs from this firm, the last batch of 12 chairs purchased 2 and a half years ago resulted in serious manufacturing defects, as too thin legs caused three people to fall and break.
We are a small school in the center of Milan and, like everyone else, we must guarantee safety to our students, managers, wives of managers, diplomatic staff etc.
After phone calls and emails to the owner in which we asked for concrete answers to this dangerous inconvenience, we were told that all things are destined to break with time.
Since he had no justification, he screamed the whole time of the phone calls and lastly even interrupted the last one.
Firm not recommended.

Abbiamo acquistato sia poltroncine da ufficio che sedie per laboratorio da cucito ed in entrambi i casi abbiamo riscontrato materiali di ottima fattura, robusti e di una comodità non indifferente. Solamente un pistone di una sedia risultava difettoso e, prontamente la Indar Carmet ce l'ha sostituito in tempi record gratuitamente, sapremo senz'ombra di dubbio a chi rivolgerci in futuro GRAZIE!

We bought both office chairs and chairs for sewing workshops and in both cases we found materials of excellent workmanship, sturdy and not indifferent to comfort.
