Hanno preteso che il trasporto per la sostituzione di queste fosse a carico nostro ( cosa mai sentita prima..). Inoltre le targhe veramente di bassa qualità tagliate malissimo( le due altezze discordavano anche di 8-9 mm) Purtroppo non siamo soddisfatti per niente. Ci tengo a precisare che i prodotti non sono stati danneggiati durante la spedizione o abbiano un difetto considerato soggettivo. I prodotti definiti difettati sono oggettivamente inutilizzabili essendo prodotti di scarsa qualità. Ordered some products, many of them defective. Almeno la metà dei prodotti acquistati (200pz) non è commerciabile per la quantità di difetti: da bolle alle macchie passando per l'usura e i graffi. Veramente improponibili, e se contatti l'assistenza ti dicono che non accettano reclamo oltre gli 8 giorni dalla consegna. Quindi alla ricezione avremmo dovuto spacchettare 200pz e controllarli accuratamente uno a uno, errore nostro a non farlo e a fidarci. Se non fosse che i prodotti esaltano ancor di più i difetti dopo la stampa. In poche parole abbiamo perso metà dell'ordine e con il restante a stento copriremo i costi. Awservice si è tranquillamente intascata i soldi di un misero ordine, ma ha perso sicuramente 3 clienti. Ovviamente è tutto documentabile dai prodotti appena tolti dalle confezioni alle mail e telefonate con gli addetti alle "vendite". Poi ci lamentiamo che acquistiamo dalla Cina, se queste sono le aziende italiane ben venga. UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE! I bought once because they were recommended by some friends of their customers. Then we complain that we buy from China, if these are Italian companies, so be it.
