★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla di piú incredibile e niente d aggiungere se non che é tutto una magnificenza..il personale é di una gentilezza disarmante,l hotel é di stralusso ma non sfrontato,faresti di tutto tranne che andartene via..nei momenti di tristezza sogneró di essere ancora lì,coccolata da un contorno che sa di sogno ma é una realizzabile realtá...grazie a tutti
 Nothing more incredible and nothing to add except that it is all a magnificence ... the staff is disarming kindness, the hotel is extravagant but not cheeky, you would do anything but go away ... in moments of sadness I will dream of being still there, pampered by a side dish that tastes like a dream but is a feasible reality ... thanks to all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Grandhotel,das seinen Namen nicht verdient.Zimmerpreis zu hoch.Freundliches Personal.Preise in der Bar absolut daneben.Kaltes unpersönlich Ambiente, das den Verdacht des schnellen Geldes aufkommen lässt.Bei einem Grandhotel erwarte ich mehr Persönlichkeit. Vor allendingen bei Erhalt des PKWS keine von Vogelkot verdeckten Scheiben,um nur ein kleines Beispiel zu nennen.Die Aufmerksamkeit zu unserem 50.Hochzeitstag war sehr unpersönlich, das Datum,das bekannt war wurde ignoriert eben kein Stiel
A grand hotel that doesn't deserve its name. Room price too high. Friendly staff. Prices in the bar absolutely wrong. Cold, impersonal ambience that raises the suspicion of easy money. I expect more personality from a grand hotel. Above all, when we received the car, there were no windows covered by bird droppings, to name just one small example. The attention to our 50th wedding anniversary was very impersonal, the date that was known was not ignored

Aperitif at sunset in the garden with a breathtaking view. Rich and well-served aperitif with an adjoining walk to the hotel's belvedere. To go there at least once. P.S. = reservation required

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo incantevole, con una ampia terrazza che affaccia sul golfo di Napoli, personale gentile e disponibile per tutte le esigenze. Abbiamo pranzato su una delle terrazze godendo della vista del mare, inebriati dal profumo dei fiori ,presenti in abbondanza nel vasto giardino e baciati da un sole tiepido del mese di settembre. Il cibo è stato ottimo, assistiti al tavolo da un cameriere molto affabile che si è preso cura di noi dall'inizio alla fine del pranzo. Ci ritorneremo volentieri.
Enchanting place, with a large terrace overlooking the Gulf of Naples, friendly and helpful staff for all needs. We had lunch on one of the terraces enjoying the view of the sea, inebriated by the scent of flowers, present in abundance in the vast garden and kissed by a warm September sun. The food was great, assisted at the table by a very friendly waiter who looked after us from start to finish of the lunch. We will gladly return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food, unbelievable vistas, and wonderful service at this hotel restaurant. Every dish was incredible and the attentive service was warm and friendly. There was live music the night we dined here, which was the final touch on an exquisite experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took a salad, a vegetable soup and a T-bone steak. The quality of ingredients as well as the cooking was not good at all. April in Sorrento with greenish red hard tomato and the greens probably from the supermarket ready packages. I asked for medium rare steak and it was half super well done and the rest a mix. It was like a bad old taverna steak. This is definitely not food prepared by a chef or knowledgeable personnel. That fits the hotel surroundings and view. On the positive side The waiters were really kind.
