★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia nell’ultimo weekend di luglio in questo delizioso appartamento “Amalasunta” al centro di S Lorenzo Nuovo, di recente restaurato con tutte le comodità pur mantenendo lo stile e l’atmosfera vintage. La localizzazione è strategica in quanto situato nel crocicchio di tutte le principali strade subito a nord del lago di Bolsena lungo la via Francigena. La pulizia l’arredamento e la cura dei particolari sono un valore aggiunto non trascurabile. Il parcheggio dell’auto è facilissimo nelle vicinanze senza divieti o parchimetri. La proprietaria Sig.ra Claudia ed il marito ci hanno regalato un esempio di armoniosa gentilezza e disponibilità. Ottimo il rapporto tra prezzo e qualità. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.  I stayed with my family on the last weekend of July in this delightful "Amalasunta" apartment in the center of S Lorenzo Nuovo, recently restored with all the comforts while maintaining the vintage style and atmosphere. The location is strategic as it is located in the crossroads of all the main roads just north of Lake Bolsena along the Via Francigena. The cleanliness of the furnishings and attention to detail are a not negligible added value. Car parking is very easy nearby without bans or parking meters. The owner Mrs. Claudia and her husband gave us an example of harmonious kindness and availability. Excellent relationship between price and quality. We will definitely be back. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’alloggio é confortevole ed accogliente. Non manca nulla per sentirsi a proprio agio. La posizione è strategica per visitare i dintorni ed il parcheggio per l’auto è comodo. Le serate, rientrando dalle nostre passeggiate, le abbiamo trascorse giocando coi bambini al Monopoli ed a Scarabeo, giochi da tavola disponibili nell’appartamento.
L’accoglienza, la disponibilità e le aspettative della proprietaria ci hanno colpito e commosso.
Al momento dei saluti ci ha fatto dono di un po’ d’olio nuovo e di castagne, tutti prodotti della loro terra.
Si può fare turismo in tanti modi, ma se l’accoglienza e l’ospitalità sono condite da passione e gentilezza, si è già raggiunto il cuore del turista.
Il resto lo hanno fatto i luoghi magnifici e pregni di storia che abbiamo visitato, il vino e l’ottima cucina che abbiamo assaporato.
The accommodation is comfortable and welcoming. Nothing is missing to feel at ease. The location is strategic for visiting the surroundings and car parking is convenient. The evenings, returning from our walks, we spent playing with the children at Monopoli and Scarabeo, table games available in the apartment.
The welcome, availability and expectations of the owner struck and moved us.
At the time of saying goodbye, he gave us a little bit of new oil and chestnuts, all products of their land.
You can do tourism in many ways, but if the welcome and hospitality are seasoned with passion and kindness, you have already reached the tourist's heart.
The rest was done by the magnificent places steeped in history that we visited, the wine and the excellent cuisine we tasted.
